So my main project lately has been building a glass house. "A glass house?" you say, "Ive done that before, whats so special about it?" Well, its completely submerged in lava, except for the entrance, lava is all you can see. I decided to do this partially because ive seen lots of people have lava encased in glass for multiple things, but ive never seen anyone encase themselves in glass with the lava on the outside.
Aside from just building a house and encasing it in molten goodness, i also wanted lava separating each level as well as each room.
-The pit is 17x13x16, thats 3,536 blocks cleared out.
-I found 26 iron and 57 coal digging the pit out.
-No hacks of any kind, its all done by hand.
-The entire project uses about 300 source blocks of lava and over 1,000 blocks of glass.
-43 confirmed animal kills. They walked into the pit all on their own!
-0 falls into the lava!

Possibly, if i was told how, lol. I know i have to make something a rawr file, then just put it on mediafire/megaupload/some similair site, not sure which files though.

Thanks, the hardest part was honestly just climbing back up my mineshaft with the lava, id say that took about 70% of my construction time.

I think the only way to truly apreciate its greatness you need to post a video tour. Which is why I will be over at your house at some point in the near future to see it for myself.
In total, probably about 10 hours, but the vast majority of that time was spent going up and down my mineshaft collecting lava.

This is just after i dug the pit and poured a few buckets of lava in:
Here is the entrance, had a good bit more lava in by this point as well:
Here i have the entire first floor laid down, and have started building up the walls. Notice the hot tub:
Now the entire first floor is finished, as well as the stairway, also have some lava on top of part of the first floor:
House is built, just need to finish pouring on the lava and cover it up:
The finished house:

Seriously though that's awesome.
PS: I need to show you my project soon too.
