This is a semi-rp server perfect for people who like a little interaction but not the heavy regulation. The server is a relatively small community at the moment but we are looking to grow. We operate like a city, People must ask permission before they can build anything. Most reasonable things are approved quickly. As people develop shops and start major construction projects, resources will start to be traded heavily and people can make a living selling these resources, doing jobs for other people or doing jobs for the city.

We currently have a small staff but we are looking to hire staff as we grow in number, We will try to hire staff members that can help us cover different timezones. For instance, we are looking for a moderator that can help us cover the UK's timezones most active hours.
Environment:
We are aiming to create a friendly environment where veterans can help new users to get started and everyone can interact in a friendly way that makes the server a fun place for people to chat and interact when Minecrafts singleplayer gets boring and lonely.
Rules:
The rules are simple and easy to follow, basically just follow the simple rules we don't impose anything unreasonable:
1. Listen to the Admin and the Moderators, and do what they say.
2. Ask before you build
3. NO TNT
5. Griefing will not be tolerated, just don't do it.
6. Try not to make the map unnecessarily large by exploring far beyond the city.
