I thought that when portals can get you around between the servers, The ultimate showdown of minecraft destiny would begin. Hell no, It's comin early. :ohmy.gif:
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Wrong sir, wrong. YOU stole the fizzy lifting drinks and YOU touched the ceiling, therefor it must be washed and sterilized! So you get nothing! You lose! Good day sir!
Fair enough. We're pretty active, so we'd bring a lot of traffic, which might be bad if you have a low player cap. If there's room once you're set up, let me know.
Hi,
I just want to know If you have full details In clans.... I'm a leader In Dark Wolves, so I just want to know if you have full details (Like the leaders and stuff :biggrin.gif:).
We're all working collaboratively, aren't we? It's not just leaders, the more ideas the better. This is just me, but I'd like a place where everyone can contribute.
Instead of a capital city, each city would contain an official embassy from the server. This building would be set apart with obsidian walls, and would have the same protection the capital had in the old plan. During wars, this would be the one building that could not be touched. As such, it would have obsidian walls, ceilings, and flooring, iron doors, etc. These embassies wouldn't be too big, but would be in each city. They would contain a vault and a meeting room, and would probably only be about 15x15.
This would save a lot of time building the capital, and would only require minimal effort from the other clans.
First, there is a very thin line between conflict motivated attacks and just plain grieving. is there any sort of counter measure to a clan jumping on a city, and mauling the buildings overnight and then calling it an armed conflict without any apparant reason to it?
Seconly, as pointed out earlier, one of the main fails of prism was the ear deafening sound of other clans chitchat. Is there any counter measure to avoid people going clinically insane over the in game chat spamming them to death?
Third, I personally dont like the idea of runecraft, especially because we have the Nether. Granted, it doesn't work now, but considering it will eventually work on Minecraft MP, is it worth considering taking off Runecraft when this happens?
Fourth, some clans like authenticity, and some like bending the flow. How will this server deal with blocspawning? are clans allowed to spawn blocks by their rulers? Is there any form of serverwide punishment for duplicators ?(inb4 omglolihaz9000diamonds).
1. That's a reason why I'm here. If a clan is griefing, their city gets completely obliterated.
2. Localized chat.
3. Not sure. Ask CoM.
4. I'm the only one with that ability.

Thanks.
CoM never thought of taking off runecraft when the Nether started working because we never were or are going to.
There are other useful runes besides the waypoint and teleporter
So how does it work when 1/2 clans disgree on having Runecraft on the server, and the other 3/2 clans do?
I assume you mean 1/2 and not 3/2
Well we could try to work something out and if the other clans really hate runecraft, then we'll either say
"Just cause its there you dont have to use it"
or
"Byebye it was fun"
At least CoM's stand is such

So, which clans disagree? I must have missed this.
No clans are disagreeing, in fact I don't think this sentiment is carried by anyone else then me, and my opinion is insignificant to the server as a whole.
I just thought I'd bring up the issue because there is - inevitably - going to be some event, occurance, aspect or rule that will be disputed by a good part of the clan. If people are going to solve the issue by simply leaving when they disagree with an option taken even though it may be in a massive majority vote, how can any of us put a reasonable trust or relation into each other? On paper, we are working together in the same clan, but a diffrence of opinion can quite easily break it as well it seems. Or at that - Any part (im going to refer to the current diffrent clans becoming parts of the whole) could simply veto and block any new change/rule/adaptation based on the statement that they would leave as a concerquence of it.
(inb4 whining at dep or the server, my rage fits on the Besulia thread were only related to Besulia and have passed as a concerquence of the lack of information internally. At current I support this venture as far as I can, but I must press some issues that concern me to avoid situations that occured in Prism)

Personally I'm fond of modernistic stone architecture.

I prefer being prepared for every little thing that can go wrong
But point being, runecraft is a make or break point for your clan, thats clear. Its just serving as an example in this situation.
