I'd just like to come here and share my experience with Servminecraft.com so that others will read this and find that Servminecraft is not the right company to rent a server through...
I've had my server for almost 2 months. The first month was okay; When my server was started it had a memory leak and I was unable to connect to it, but that was fixed within a day. Now, a month later, I've reason to believe my server has another memory leak - it's so horrible it's unbearable to play.
Ok, fine, I'll just mail Servminecraft about it and it'll get fixed the same as last time.
A day goes by...
no response.
Ok I'll mail them again...
Another day, no response.
A week later, and 5 emails later, still... no response.
So I sit here, twiddling my fingers up my rear like a moron, waiting for these people to respond, and I wonder, "Is this what $20/mo is worth?" I mean I didn't pay a dime to Blizzard and they still managed to respond to me within less than 24 hours... amongst however many requests they get per day... and this company, which supposedly has new employees, didn't remember to hire someone for customer services?
The only way to contact them I see is through their contact tab via email. No number, no nothing. So I guess that's $20 down the drain, mind as well call it a scam.
So, learn from my mistake, don't rent from Servminecraft.
