Start a new world with the seed "-1293644106920865080" and stand still for a while until you drop. Now, don't panic and just die until the mobs kill themselves.
It should put you in a dungeon and when you respawn go look around for two treasure chests to get saddles. Then you can hop out and go pig hunting.
When you find a pig push it up the big cliff hill that you can see when you face left from the direction of where you spawned. I don't know how big the drop has to be to make it a cliff but mine was about 8 blocks high and it worked fine. Open up the dirt or whatever when the pig is saddled up and ready to go. If it just stands there punch it so it jumps off.
Ok, see the snow around you? If you still cant fly a pig properly apparently you can throw snowballs on the ground and move the pig more or less where you want it to go though I'm not sure since I never used it.
Achievements and stats are shared throughout all your worlds so once it's done you can quit out of this world go back to your usual one and the achievement has been get.
Do you think this kind of way to unlock achievements should be considered cheating? Maybe someone would generate a world without seed input and just so happen to land in something like this and it's still really hard.
nice idea i don't think it should be counted as cheating though if notch put the spawn point in the game and u dont have to hack or mess with the jar file then its not cheating and plus its way to hard to get a pig to jump off a cliff normally so u get some for your effort in finding this out thanks.
How long did it take you to find a seed that spawned you in a dungeon?
Also from what I understand the contents of chests vary... I will give it a shot anyways though as I do need the achievement. Also yes, it does seem a little cheap :tongue.gif:

Haha well I saw the seed on a video of the yogscast (YouTube channel bluexephos) but I realised that a seed spawning you on a dungeon would make the achievement so, so much easier to get. I'll be going back to this world if we ever get a cookie making achievement or something.
I had to try this so many times (it's still not easy!) and I think that I had the same items in the chests.
