As you know 'myschoo' created a simple website to create your own custom achievement. You can find more info in the thread posted by himself, here.

Example:
With the new Image Whitelist added to the forum, you must save the image and upload it to a whitelisted image hosting site. Instructions on exactly how I do it is below.
Go to http://mag.racked.eu/
Click create an image.
Create a custom achievement.
Instead of copying a code, right click on the image and open it.
Right click again, but this time save it.
Go to photobucket.com
Create or Log in to your account.
Click the "Upload Now" button.
Find the 'Custom Achievement' image you saved, and upload it.
Find the [IMG] code, and paste it in the reply to this topic as normal!

I have one tip for you, when you create your image, copy "Image URL" go to imgur.com or any other host, choose upload from WEB (or URL upload), paste that URL there and click Upload.
It's faster than saving and then reuploading from your disk
