I started actively using my computer four months ago, and I started being an uneducated asshole. I could barely type 5 words in a minute before I started, yes I know, very slow. But after these pasts four months, I am passing all my classes with 100%, and have a 60-70 average words-per-minute speed. I learned the English Language thanks to the internet, mainly where proper grammar goes. I also learned a lot of new words, and things such as 'alot' is actually 'a lot'. I am now one of the smartest people in my school, even though most students at my school studies all the time, and I never study.
If you are too lazy to read that one paragraph, here it is in a summary: The internet has educated me much more in four months than years of school has.
The school I go to is a professional school, and I am also learning how to program, what I now wish to do.
Swearing is ****ing disgusting and everyone who swears is a piece of ****. I swear, mother****ers should learn to hold their goddamn tongues and shut the hell up if they can't say anything good.

you think the internet is good because it taught you grammar?
clearly you haven't been using the internet to its full extent
The internet has taught me lessons that will benefit my life in the future, and has given me hope for a job that I want. It has also let me express my true drawing side, which isn't very good, but still. It has made my life a lot better, and I just felt like sharing that with everyone here in Off Topic.

Wait till you discover porn. The entire process of self-actualization will reverse itself.

Clearly you haven't read the OP.
He said using the internet has increased his typing speed and taught him most of what he knows about the English language. (It must have worked too, because he can write better than most of the people on these forums). It also taught him enough that he gets 100% in all his classes. That's a pretty big thing.
I don't know what you mean by using the internet to its full extent. People use it for different reasons. That's like saying by only looking up one word in a dictionary you aren't using it to its full extent.
