Some people here says that Jeb is going to implement a cocoa dragon made of cocoa blocks like Iron golem or Snow golem. What do you think?

Weren't you the only person who thought that?
I don't really see a point in it anyway...

And no, I have never heard or seen any hints towards this. Not in any snapshots, tweets, or anything on Reddit. I think people who post things like this, should get their topics removed. It creates expectations for people whom don't have a mind to research stuff.
