Well since there is alot of water around you could always add a dock where you have a couple of boats in case you wanna adventure somewhere water is always a faster route. Also a tip on the enchanting room you might wanna make sure there is enough for 30 bookcases to surround the table and all have 1 space in between the table and the bookcase so that you can get max enchantments.
Great base. There's always more somebody can do to improve though. One thing I would recommend is to always keep at least two of each animal alive so you never have to go wandering off with some bait to bring them back. That way you can always have a steady supply of whatever resources you need from them. Another thing, I'm not sure if you already had something to fix this, but that last time I built a wall around my base, I had a really big problem with spiders climbing over. You can fix this by wrapping a layer of fences or iron bars around the top of the wall. I know there are other blocks you can use like fences, but I find it looks cooler to use bars, and they're more plentiful when you craft them. It does look like you did something similar with dirt blocks. I'm not 100% sure that they can't climb over, so if they do, try iron bars they cannot get over them. Now, on that bridge that leads to you'r waterfall lift, you may want to make it a bit more spacious and place guard rails along the edges in case you ever need to hurry through there for any reason and to make sure you don't fall down. Good luck if you decide to try any of these ideas.
Thanks, Noobslay3r. The spiders don't seem to be able to get above the dirt lip or the stone lip, so I don't think I need a fence on top of those. How do I get cows and sheep into my base?

Well in order to get them, you just have to go and find them and hold the bait that they will follow. Heres a list of what each of them will follow:
Cows and Sheep: Wheat
Chickens: Seeds
Pigs: Carrots
Just walk up to the mob holding the bait and they will follow you as long as you are holding it.

Well I didn't know they made that change, this helped me.
Anyways, as for your base, at some point in the future you could look into spreading out from your fort, for future reference too, it's always good to build walls a bit further out than the area you are going to be building in, it can help you in terms of space for later and give you more options for customization. By the way, that pen you had there is a bit far away from the entry point, so it'd just be more work for you to get animals to get into that pen, I'd recommend building one just a bit outside of your base, you can visit it in the morning and as far as I know, mobs won't attack them.

Ok, I will make some pretty walls and expand out in the back are behind my base. Thanks for telling me how to lure the animals into my base. I appreciate all the help you guys have given me, and I'll try and get these things done soon, and I'll post the video after.
its pretty good. for the farm, i would recommend changing it from this: (D is wheat and X is water and F is farmland w/o wheat)

Because water can hydrate any farmland within 4 blocks of it (including diagonally) and this design would be more efficient. There might be even more efficient designs but this one is probably good enough.

This is a video of it.
What I have so far is basically 2 walls, some roooms, and a sneaky way to get inside.
Cows and Sheep: Wheat
Chickens: Seeds
Pigs: Carrots
Just walk up to the mob holding the bait and they will follow you as long as you are holding it.

Thanks, Ace. I'll be sure to add that in.
