I have a zombie dungeon under my base on a smp server I play on. I've turned it into an xp farm. I have a double chest labelled "Zombie Treasure" next to where the zombies die with every rare drop they've ever given me in it. (carrots, potatoes, iron ingots, half broken iron tools & some crummy leather armour)
My best drop was probably a Power I bow & golden chestplate (with about 1 hit left on it) from a pair of skellys (they attaked me at the same time so I'm counting them as one :-P). Unless you count villager trades as 'drops' then I'd have to say, glowstone for emeralds.
I get a lot of un-enchanted nearly broken bows from skeletons, I've gotten a few iron shovels from zombies before- but the best drop ever was a potato from a zombie... extremely proud
A skeleton dropped a bow with power 5, punch 10, and infant 2. And it had 99% health left on it!
Derp Infinity II isn't a possible Vanilla enchantment, and neither is Punch X.
I have gotten some nice bow drops in the past though. A few power II bows now and then. Most notably I once got a hold of a Power II Infinity I and Punch II bow. Of course, most bows tend to have very little durability left, but if you have an anvil, and enough exp, you can salvage them. ;D
If you did not kill it and get the sword as a drop how did you know what enchantments it had?
Simply by using math, the zombie pigman did 8 full hearts of damage to me on normal difficulty which is what I was on zombie pigmen do 4.5 hearts of damage, each level of sharpness would allow it to do a maximum of 1.5 hearts more. So it would have required at least sharpness 3 to hit 8 hearts of damage. Fire aspect was easy to tell because it lit me on fire.
Zombies on 'hard' difficulty tend to drop items such as shovels and ingots much more often then other difficulties, some are enchanted.Been playing on 'Hard' SSP for a while now, think my best drop so far is a power 2 punch 1 bow, but ive gotten about 3.
This is one I got recently, gotten many other item drops but this one I got a screenshot of.

My Survival Journal
All I want for a good drop is a friggin carrot or potato, I haven't found a single one in survival since 1.4 came out.

Although I did run into a zombie pigman before who had a sharpness 3 fire aspect sword but I didn't get a chance to kill it.

Wait for time
In the break of new dawn
We will never meet
