So I attacked an endermen and he was teleporting after me in a swamp, I found a tree to stay under, I didn't see him.
I was already scared from when he was chasing me before, So I took a while to rest, I didn't see him.
So I walked from out from the tree, The endermen jumped off the top of the tree and landed on me and gave me a heart attack.
And killed me with a hit to the head.
Oh god.
Think if you were in a dark forest with a dark figure chasing you.
How to make wearing a pumpkin worthwhile:
Go into you .minecraft folder
Open you minecraft.jar
open misc folder
drag pumpkinblur.png onto your desktop
open it in your preferred painting program (make sure it supports transparency)
get rid of everything
drag it back into your minecraft.jar
DONE.
Once, I was just checking out my balcony then suddenly I see an Enderman and I accidentally aggro'd it because I was so startled, and it was about 3 blocks away and then it suddenly vanished without explanation. I never saw it again.
It made NO SENSE.
Can't tell if suing sarcasm
Or giving a true statement
No, it's legit. One time I thought I was rid of an Enderman when he didn't appear for a bit, and when I started moving along minding my business, he popped up again. Figure he must have popped into a near cavern, and when I moved he pounced. Those guys are unpredictable.

In the real world, you stick your head in the dirt to hide from problems.
In Minecraft, you stick your head in the dirt to find problems.

While you're at it, why don't you make all your textures partially transparent so you can see through walls?
I killed an endermen before, got his eye :tongue.gif:, anyways, I have a habit of not wearing amour when I am outside my house, just a Sword :biggrin.gif: and I bring a Wooden sword (I'm doing a challenge requiring me to do stuff URL: click me for challenge and I ain't found cows, I have 16 chicken eggs though :biggrin.gif:
Once I was at the top of my guard tower with my bow and I made the mistake of looking at and Enderman. He teleported away, and I didn't see him any where. Then the monster fell from my roof and was plummeting toward the ground. I went down the ladder to see if he survived and he teleported behind me, punched me, and almost killed me. (Diamond armor!!! w00t!) It spun around and slashed him with my sword. Then a creeper exploded behind me, and I survived then the Enderman came back and punched me.

I was too far away, I couldn't take the risk of him teleporting and back stabbing me.
Or me getting mauled by a shark
(mo' creatures)
Generally I avoid Endermen unless I have a pumpkin handy (I make a habit of always having one on me, though.)
I don't like it, I can't see well and get attacked by creepers or fall into pits.
you could have hit it with a sword!
It jumped on top of me, And when you hit it with a sword it teleports away.

I don't consider removing the pumpkin blur cheating, it's simply removing an inconvenience.
