There are so many things that I would add. I would first off fix a ton of the bugs that they never seem to get to (Like the bugged lines in tools, sword, bow, etc). I would also add another dimension, add infinite height, and other things.
Probably minecraft would not exist, nor any other mojang person because I am sure if we are all not lying to ourselves, we could never code a thing in minecraft.
Or if you mean the common topic: "If you could add one thing in minecraft what would it be?"
I would add a bar of butter to put on bread or something else. Just so the little sky fans would shut their mouths up about gold and they can move onto something else without correcting anyone. (And then sky calls butter gold.)

Minor dupstep... Doomsday. DUBWUBWUBWUB, WUBDUBDUBDUB, DUMDUMUMDUM, WUBWUBWUBWUB!
If I was the owner of Monjang, I would get other people to come to my new company that was just created today and is not known for anything whatsoever.
If I was the owner of Mojang, now, that's a different story.

He said if you were the owner of the company, Why do you think the owner of the company has to code?
Anyway, I'd fire myself and give the position to someone else.

To all of you people who think Notch is still working on the game, he stopped working on Minecraft in late 2011. Get your facts straight and stop spamming his twitter about Minecraft updates.
I would check the Minecraft Forums once in a while, answering extremely important in-game related questions, hire more staff to recode the whole game in C++, add long-awaiting features like voice in-game (voip) etc.
I'd fire everyone, make Minecraft opensource, and skedaddle with half the corporate bank account. The other half would be forwarded to Notch for being such a great guy.
If I owned Mojang... I'd probably be too busy with handling the company's finances and reading through the probably hundreds of emails and lawsuit allegations that Mojang likely receives every day. A better way to phrase it would have been "If you were the lead developer for Minecraft...", because Mojang isn't just about Minecraft.

I thought Minecraft was open-source already; as in we already have access to the source code.
Well after 1.7 I would clean up Minecraft's sloppy code, as Minecraft's code is very, and I mean very sloppy. The current game runs heavily on computers, and well that is not just because well java is intensive, it is also because Minecraft has a lot of inefficient coding in it.

If you were the owner of this post what would you add?
Maybe offer my own suggestion first?
He said if you were the owner of the company, Why do you think the owner of the company has to code?
After that, I would add colored glass (with the new lighting engine Dinnerbone [I believe] talked about).
I hope you don't become the head of Mojang.
Anyway, I'd fire myself and give the position to someone else.
I also hope someone like you doesn't become the owner of Mojang... >.<
They already have millions! If they charged money for updates then they are just being greedy.
