Ok.. I was reading the Update news.. Then it said that Herobrine was removed.. It said the same for Update 1.4 Here is a picture..

They've done this for many updates and have stated before that it was a joke because so many people think herobrine is in the game.

Calm down people, its just a running gag played on EVERYONE mainly targeted towards newer people

This has been an on-going joke Mojang does on it's players due to the fact that some people believe that a dead miner known as 'Herobrine' is in the game. He obviously isn't, because there's no coding for him anywhere. They 'remove him' each time just for fun.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. Mojang should add Herobrine in at least once just to mess with people. Do it around Halloween, do it whenever, just do it.
