I am actually in 1.7.2 at the moment because I do not wish to deal with crappy chests... until 1.0.0 mods are out...I reverted because of the size decrease of chests and the lighting bug that affected my signs and chests :s
I wish Notch kept chests like they were... I don't want the animation... I want my chest back...
i like vanilla so im ok with it!
plus i have been excited to play the updates
its fun without mods once in a whileeeee
True but it gets boring... I mean I have been playing since infdev and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the game. Infact I only started using mods a month or two ago.
But believe me... vanilla Minecraft gets boring. It is especially boring when additions such as NPCs do not do anything remotely interesting and when the hardest mob in game to defeat is now the Enderdragon which only spawns once.
Without Optifine, Mo' Creatures and a few other mods I don't really want to play Minecraft. I especially need Optifine to reduce lag.
Anyway, anyone else do this? Curious is all.

[quote=Catelite]Just because you don't understand how something works, doesn't make it broken or pointless. >_<
