I would support this, but do you know how mad the developers would be? They've been working on an updated release forever and I'm pretty sure they don't want Mojang just putting it into vanilla making the mod go to waste. I'm gonna say no support, I would feel bad for the modders.
I am still waiting for them to add a new deminsion that you can really do something with! The end is alright but there is nothing to do there... End stone is as good as dirt or cobble... No wait scratch that! Cobble can make tools, the end does nothing...
I like the nether! It is risky and there is some cool stuff to build with there! Glow stone and nether brick! Even the nether rack is useful, it's fire never goes out!
I have always liked this idea but for the land it needs to look more majestic, it looks like a bunch of floating nuclear fallout, maybe put a cloud base at the bottom to make it look like it is floating above the clouds.
I think the Nether needs it's own form of Obsidian so it is harder then getting glowstone which would mean a stronger thing then Diamond should be made (i.e, Obsidian tools)
You made the Zypher and Swet sound a lot more terrifing then they should be haha "They drag you off the edge" I like it though
The brightness thing is wonderful, as I was reading down I was racking my head trying to think of how to make it seem night when alas it was supposed to be heavenly, I was thinking that day could have an odd, not great but noticable goldish sunray tint to it, and night time would be a sunset all the time.
The Glacier system needs work simply because of the furnace issue, unless there is a special kind of wood in aether you can burn.
The Aetherock is a sketchy idea, it has a fun little purpose but at the same time it is a potentionally buggy block.
I have a question on Galestones. Can the blow other Galestones and can you change the direction of the jet of wind?
I love the floatSand idea, but I don't like either way they look, maybe a more Cyan color?
QuickSoil sounds like a bad idea but a really fun one as well... I am gonna need convincing on this one.
ColdCloud is only something I agree to if it is renewable.

Possible Aether introduction:
1: The Aether should be accessed through a similar frame, built using Amethyst, a rare ore that should be found in the Nether, but lit with an Aether Star.
Aether Star crafting: X=nether star, O=end stone x xox x
2: The Aether should contain the same items, but with dungeons spread out like strongholds, with silver dungeons at stronghold distance. Aether Stars guide to Aether Dungeons.
3: The Aether should include less new mobs. No Valkyries and Aerwhales!
4: Vertical Redstone! Since zanite can be mined in the Aether, vertical redstone wiring could be crafted using a redstone block and a zanite gem.
5: Can now fly using a Aerocloud Boat in survival and adventure:
Aerocloud Boat crafting: X=aether star, O=redstone o oxo o
6: Removing the void! This is sort of unrelated, but digging past the bedrock in the Overworld should drop you into the upper Nether, digging up in the Nether does not give the Nether Void, but the lower Overworld, pillaring up in the Overworld leads to the Aether, and falling off the Aether leads to the Overworld. Falling off the End would lead into a random point in a random dimension, and crossing the border to what would be the Far Lands leads you into the End.
7: Improving Non-portal Transport. Bedrock can be mined with an end stone pickaxe, and parachutes negate fall damage, for one use.
I offer a name change to Aether as that's how I keep accidentally pronouncing the Ether. And Ether keeps reminding me of the Final Fantasy potion that heals everything.

This apears to be ripped directly off of the aether mod forum page, though this would be good to add to the game, and Support.
Maybe there could be "Angel Pigmen" which are like zombie pigmen, though are smarter, and can fly.

Actually the Aether mod was based off of this. Jeez-leweez people. This has been in existence long before any of you even saw the word MineCraft.
*facepalm* Notch doesn't even work on Minecraft at all any more. I'm really starting to wish he did though...
