I've noticed that I get free glass bottles when crafting jelly sandwiches. Is this intended, as glass bottles are not necessary to make jelly?
I'm sorry if this has been brought up before I couldn't turn up anything conclusive when searching.
ava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 4090 is already occupied by net.minecraft.jammy780.furniture.blocks.iron.jfm_IronBlocksTwo@6dcadba6 when adding assets.pamharvestcraft.BlockPamFruit@211aa79a
Is there anything I could do?
The error report tells you what is wrong. Two objects (jammy "Iron Blocks Two" and Pam's "fruit block") are trying to occupy the same slot. You will need to open the config files for either Jammy's or Pam's mod and change the IDs so they occupy different numbers.
For some reason, whenever I install this mod on my computer, it crashes Minecraft without even loading it.And it only crashes on this particular computer! Here's the link to the error log: http://pastebin.com/HCxAekLjany idea why this might be happening?Edit: Turns out, the problem was with Hunger Overhaul, not Harvestcraft. Anyhoo, great mod! Do you mind if I make a seafood mod (scallops, clams, oysters, mussels, shrimp, lobster, and crab mobs that you can harvest) that is compatible with your mod?
There's a recipe conflict with Pam's HarvestCraft and both Balkon's Weapon Mod and Dungeon Crawler. The saucepan recipe conflicts with the Iron Knife recipe in both mods, making it impossible to craft the saucepan when using them together.
I suggest using the mod "Crafting Manager" It adds a "Switch" Button to the crafting table screen, that lets you switch between all products that use the same recipe. So if you ever have a conflict, you can still choose the right thing and craft them.
any chance I could get the bees/candles from harvestcraft without the rest of harvestcraft? this is the only remotely up-to-date mod that does bees in a way that I like. :C
I hope that this is ok here, but I am doing a LP series where this mod is one of the Primary ones that we use, please checkout the playlist and stick around for regular uploads:
I hope someone here is willing to help me with this:
I am using Phedran's Life in the Woods modpack (Forge, 1.6.4), and I prefer playing on Peaceful. But when I tried to run the Mob Drop Crop mod with this I got a conflict with the Better Storage mod. Since I've been playing in this world for a while and have been using several items in the Better Storage mod, I don't want to remove it, So is there anyways to resolve this? Thanks for any help:

@ORabbit: Simple ID-conflict. Solve it by changing the IDs to free ones. This should be known by every user, playing with mods already, to be honest. Definitely no fault of this mod.
I didn't say it was either mod's fault. I was simply asking for a little help, and hoping by chance that someone else had seen this before.
And don't try to dictate what other people should already know--everyone has to start somewhere and I have only dealt with a couple ID conflicts so far. I'm asking so I can learn. No need to patronize me.
Hello, I'm going to try your mod in a private mod pack. When I installed HarvestCraft 1.6.4. this was in the console;
Pam's HarvestCraft is missing a pack.mcmeta file, things may not work well.
Is this something to ignore, if not, how do I fix it. I get the same thing with Hunger Overhaul. I'll post this on his page as well.
Thank you for your time

Responding to negativity with negativity will only make the situation worse. Try a little honey next time, people are very unlikely to help you on forums if you come across as adversarial.
ID conflicts occur in Minecraft versions prior to 1.7 due to all blocks and items being stored as numerical values in a limited range of IDs. If two blocks have the same ID, Forge will halt the Minecraft process to prevent world corruption. You will need to go to the configuration file of one of the conflicting mods and change block IDs so they no longer conflict.
The 'Not Enough Items' miss by Chickenbones will report every single ID conflict at once, along with telling you all the unused block IDs, when it is present at launch. You can safely remove NEI after that if you don't want it, so it's a helpful tool.
The game won't crash, however, when item ID conflicts are present. Be sure to check your Forge logs whenever installing new mods.
Edit: Almost forgot. If you have already been playing in worlds with one of the mods, it is safer to change the IDs of the new mod. This is because the blocks of the older mod may already exist in your world, in the form of data stored as that conflicting block ID. Minecraft doesn't know to change the ID to keep the same block, so you could really end up breaking things.
Sorry to ask a silly and perhaps addressed question, but I couldn't find an answer: can one plant fruit-bearing trees? I knocked down a few before I understood exactly how this mod worked.
Also, does anyone know if there are any known compatibility issues with Enhanced Biomes? I know that both these mods introduce a lot of tree types.
I'm very new to playing Mincecraft with mods, so forgive me if I'm saying or asking something derpy.
I am extremely unhappy about the change from ender pearl to eye of ender in version 1.7.2 for mob drop crops. Previously it was an absolutely outstanding feature for Skyblock X-stream, allowing some automation that is nearly impossibly hard in 'pure' skyblock and sticking with the 'agrarian theme' (witchery/botania/harvestcraft) (extra Utilities and thermal expansion for example) but changing it to 'eye of ender' makes the entire mod virtually useless for the purpose and theme (I don't want everyone to have to run a gigantic cobble mob farm just to get a decent amount of automation going)
Could you PLEASE change the ender plant back to ender pearls, or add a configuration option to return it to the prior form? I don't want to have to return to wuppy's and tinker's islands.

Yes. Just combine the fruit with the type of sapling that matched the tree's leaf-type (oak or jungle) to make a sapling of that type. Then you can plant it wherever.
On an unrelated note, I'm using Thaumcraft 4.1.0g and Harvestcraft 1.6.4 1.1.4, and my harvest-core clay golem just stares at me in sad golem confusion when I put him down amid ripe Harvestcraft crops.

Hey! I love this mod but I have a problem. I currently downloaded the Fossil Archeology mod for 1.6.4 and when I ran Minecraft it crashed. I extracted all mods except the Fossil Archeology mod from my mods folder to run a quick test. I added all of my mods 1 by 1 and ran Minecraft to see which mod wouldn't work with the Fossil Archeology mod. After a short while I discovered that it was your mod that wouldn't work with the Fossil Archeology mod. Although I watch a youtuber named LDShadowLady and she has a modded series called Shadowcraft. But in her series she has both the Fossil Archeology mod and Pam's Harvestcraft working together. Although she is running this on 1.5.2 so I don't know if this is my problem considering I play on 1.6.4. Can you help me?

You need to post the crash log so we've got some idea of what exactly the problem is.

Great mod. So much food, my character eats better than I do. My only problem is that one of my mods can use wheat and apples for energy, and these are now harder to come by. On the other hand, once I have a stable supply I've got plenty of other things to eat. That, and the sinks really are handy mid game.Great mod. So much food, my character eats better than I do. Plant Life, Trees, Flowers, Food and Farming! Pam's mods.
I suggest using the mod "Crafting Manager" It adds a "Switch" Button to the crafting table screen, that lets you switch between all products that use the same recipe. So if you ever have a conflict, you can still choose the right thing and craft them.
You can get it at the following link.

Also, does anyone know if there are any known compatibility issues with Enhanced Biomes? I know that both these mods introduce a lot of tree types.
I'm very new to playing Mincecraft with mods, so forgive me if I'm saying or asking something derpy.
Could you PLEASE change the ender plant back to ender pearls, or add a configuration option to return it to the prior form? I don't want to have to return to wuppy's and tinker's islands.
Can anyone help????
What's the crash message?
You need to post the crash log so we've got some idea of what exactly the problem is.
