First of all , this is NOT a wishlist , it focuses on one core idea , helping makers to create these amazing maps we like to play now . Also note that it will NOT affect survival gameplay in anyway so don't complain about having an overpowered sword or something . So , Let's start !
Doom Sword
A 1-hit kill sword to get rid of those mobs , does a non-environment damaging explosion , meaning that it will insta-kill mobs in it's radius , but not damage environment . It will not affect players , only mobs .
Extended Range Of Destroying Blocks And Placing Them
Not really that huge , but it can be edited in server.proporties and as gamerule . it defaults to 2 extra meters ( note that one block = 1 meter ) , It will be disabled when you enter survival or adventure mode , so don't say that people will abuse this .
Using Enderpearls In Creative Mod
Why not ? they allow us to travel faster , and no need to worry about fall damage . and if creative servers didn't want players to reach places they weren't supposed to reach , this can be disabled in server.proporties .
Extending The Hotbar
Sometimes , the small hotbar isn't enough for all of our basic building materials , let's say for example someone needs glowstone , 2 colors of wool , redstone torches , redstone dust , repeaters , redstone block , and all the other things redstoners need like command blocks . Wait , that's more than 9 items ? this redstone circuit will take a long time to build , so why not extend the hotbar to include everything in the top row , starting from 1 to whatever your keyboard ends with , mine ends with " ) " like the old ones , the hotkeys can be changed in the controls menu . when you exit creative mode , the items on the right side will be dropped on the platform you're standing on .
using - and + to increase flying speed
Spectator mod has that , why doesn't creative ? players sometimes need to go long distances , or slowly place blocks in tight places .
A New NBTData Tag For All Mobs
What I'm suggesting Here Is a new NBTData tag called Behavior . it chooses what king of behavior the mob will have , for example , one can make hostile Iron Golems , This is how to use it :
/summon Zombie {Behavior:0}
This will summon a passive zombie , that will flee when hit .
Behavior , when set to 0 means passive , 1 means tamed , 2 means natural ( like wolves ) , and 3 means hostile ( note that endermen and spiders are natural , but their aggravating conditions change from regular mobs )
This way you can create large combinations , for example a hostile zombie horse ( and even get a zombie to ride it ! ) , Skeleton minions ( with the tamed behavior ) , the possibilities are endless ! especially with resource packs
holding both the place and break ( left & right mouse clicks ) to replace blocks
Simple , how about when you hold both the place and break mouse clicks , it will replace the block , showing no particles , this can be a small addition but with a large effect that can speed the map making process .
A costume spawn egg and editing spawners directly when placed
1 - costume spawn egg , a white spawn egg that when right-clicking with it will open a GUI like command blocks , it has /summon already written in it and you can't delete it , and then you enter the command like for example " */summon is already written* Skeleton {Type:1} " will summon a wither skeleton , and then there is a make button and a cancel button . these spawn eggs won't stack .
2 - Shift Right-clicking monster spawners will open up a GUI , where you can change what type of mobs spawn as well as NBTData tags . I'm not suggesting spawners available in creative inventory .
That's all I have for now I hope I didn't forget any of them .
Here is the TL;DR version
This is just a small addition , the Mute NBTData tag , it defaults to 0 , but when set to 1 it will make the mob not do any sounds , for example , one can use :
/summon Zombie {Mute:1,-Something , I'm really not that good at summoning mobs -}
And maybe one can make the zombie equipped with a sword and make him invisible , we can do that , but how about mute him as well ? Now we can make haunted tools , BOOO scary !
EDIT 2 :
Custom achievements
How about the command /givecustomachieve ( I know it's very long ) to be added to add map-based achievements ?
The arguments are : ( or whatever the game calls them )
/givecustomachieve < player > < Title > < Lore > < Icon >
Icon either uses a block ID - for example : minecraft:stone or simply stone - , an item ID - for example : minecraft:torch or simply torch - or a player head like this
/givecus..... Bla Bla Bla ..... Playerhead{' and then you write it here'}
Example :
/givecustomachieve @p {text:"Well ... I lied"} {text:"The Cake wasn't actually a lie , but it's delicious !"} minecraft:cake
To make this one , you can make a bud switch with the cake nearby , so when you eat a slice of it , it gives you the achievement !
Given the scoreboard powers , one can make an adventure map with a room near the finish with all the achievements he completed .
Being a nerd is nothing to be ashamed of. Nerds rule the world! Who invented the internet? Nerds. Who created personal computers and smart phones? Nerds. Who made every video game you've ever played and ever will? Still nerds. Who sent probes to distant planets? Nerds, nerds and more nerds! I'm a nerd and I'm proud.

Doom Sword
I believe there's a command that kills entities within a given radius that can be set to any/all entities and as far as you want.
Extended Range Of Destroying Blocks And Placing Them
That would confuse the heck out of me, but I can see it being useful.
Using Enderpearls In Creative Mod
I love doing this on the 360 and keep forgetting that the PC doesn't have it...so yes.
Extending The Hotbar
Eh, this could be useful, but opening the inventory isn't that difficult. I can get behind this, though.
using - and + to increase flying speed
Sure, why not?
A New NBTData Tag For All Mobs
Ehh, violent sheep would be an interesting thing, and I can see people trolling Sky with squids and Ant with Cows...ha!
Interesting idea, so sure.
holding both the place and break ( left & right mouse clicks ) to replace blocks
Uhh...I don't get it. Can't you pretty much do this by clicking quickly?
A costume spawn egg and editing spawners directly when placed
Costume...or custom? But basically you want an egg that could do things like spawn a skeleton with an iron shovel with knockback II while under the effect of strength I?
That would be pretty cool for people like me who don't use those 3rd-party tools.
Thank you for supporting these ideas , And for the replacing thing , let's say you have an oak plank , and are holding cobblestone in your hands , press LMC and RMC at the same time and WALLA ! it turns into cobblestone .
- Just a question : How would this be useful if you can just break it and then place the other one ?
- Just an answer : if the block is floating in the air , if you break it you can't place another one . but with the replace function , You Can !

When posting suggestion topics, you are only permitted to include one idea (or closely-related group of ideas) per topic. This topic is a wish list, since it contains multiple unrelated ideas. The benefit of the ideas to map makers does not make it a closely-related group of ideas. The ideas themselves must be related to one-another.

Mummylander , Do you support my suggestion ?
You do know whom you're talking to...don't you?
Onto the topic....
