Version 1.2 works fine so far. My only nitpick, and it's a bit of a petty one, is that 80% of the items are called "Unnamed" instead of "Void Tear" or "Hunter's Handgun", to give a couple of examples.
Keep it up! You're doing great!
Uh-oh. Sounds like our localizations broke again, I wonder what happened. Mike or myself will have a look this weekend and try to get a fix pushed out asap. Thanks for letting us know!

Mind telling us what language your using? Everything but en_US is kind of outdated (sorry about that, we don't know a lot of languages).
I guess I'll have to talk to the localization people, the language file isn't changing as rapidly now.
EDIT: Hello there! Anyway, I really don't need confirmation that I own the mod now, because... I now co develop the mod with x3n0ph0b3, as he as returned to modding. Expect new features, redefined old ones, and an overall better experience!
This mod has a lot of 'magical swag', as put by x3n0ph0b3. It contains many magical items, which work well when combined with other mods, and will make them more enjoyable (hopefully). It builds on modded Minecraft in, I guess, a humble way, utilizing what is already there instead of adding new ores and such. While this mod improves the experience with other mods, it will be just as enjoyable on it's own.
As for information on the mod, for the time being, ftbwiki.org does a great job of providing information on the mod. Later on I'll create a formal wiki (and a website).
How to get Reliquary.
Skipping right to the downloads, you say? You have a few options.

If you are planning on setting up a server, or just want a easy-to-get set of mods, I highly recommend FTB Monster. It includes Reliquary v1.1.2b.
Just want the mod? Download v1.1.2, the latest release, from our Github.
Source Code / Licence
Reliquary is proudly open source. The repository is hosted here, and is licensed under the GPLv3 license.
Now, what does the GPLv3 license mean to you? First off, you can use it in your modpack. For modders, it's more of a contract to secure the rights of the mod. You can change and redistribute the mod in any way you like, as long as source code is available (and there is a clear link to where the source code is available), and it remains under the GPLv3 license. Which means Reliquary can never be closed source, and always has to remain under open source and this license. You 'can' sell it, but following the rules above you wouldn't make much of anything off of it.

Help! My Minecraft crashed!
I need more than that. Without a crash log, you aren't helping yourself, or me. You also need a crash/bug that can be easily replicated.
Hey! You're not x3n0ph0b3!
Good observation. Here is validation that I now maintain Reliquary.
Can I use this in my modpack?

When is the next version going to be out?
When I announce it, and deem it ready for release.

This is pretty awesome. Flaxbeard created Reliquary's first 'addon', if that's what you'd like to call it. Called Thaumic Reliquary, the mod further integrates Reliquary's items/blocks with Thaumcraft's tech tree and research system. For all of you Thaumcrafters, check it out. It looks pretty cool.http://www.minecraft...ation-for-tc41/
Reliquary also has an IRC channel, #reliquary on EsperNet. Please follow the rules, and respect others. Have fun using Reliquary!

I'll thank you not to do that, ever, to anyone. Ask anyone - quoting the OP is super-obnoxious, let alone doing it twice. You should be beaten with spoons.
These are our 1.7 builds, (see downloads) they are UNSUPPORTED pending the inevitable onslaught of updates preceding the full release.
USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, you have been warned.
Edit: As a footnote, I would like to point out that the previous page page before last contains the above mentioned link. Please be courteous and read the last page or two before you spam the thread with inanity.
Edit 2: It's worth mentioning here, there is a reason we don't have it posted publicly. It's because it's still being actively developed and we don't want people playing with half-finished (or worse, broken) content.
The build system is LIVE, so if our update breaks something HORRIBLY and you download and use the update, there could be drastic, catastrophic cthulhu destroyed worlds problems. Until we're seriously "done" polishing 1.7, don't expect anything like up-to-the-minute updates, emergency fixes, et al.
The tome IS in the 1.6 mods but it gives a metadata book which is useless. I have not tried unifying a known good tome with a newly crafted tome though.

Version 1.1.2b for MC 1.6.4 I'm having this same problem.
Edit: Just for clarification, the problem being holy hand grenade and handgun missing textures.
I have had this problem for so long and I could never figure out how to fix it
I literally forced myself to try and get used to missing/funky textures lol still fun but annoying

Will the item "Alkahest" ever be brought back in future versions? (I-I'm actually not sure if it's still in the mod but last time I played it wasn't)
No. We took it out for balancing reasons in 1.1.1, and then reworked the Alkahestry mechanics in 1.7.
Also, just a general note, Reliquary now uses a core library called libsandstone (another library, oh no!). Anyway, within the next hour, the library will be downloaded automagically, and everything will be back to normal.
Last thing, we have a new config system using the amazing TOML format (found here). This means that your previous config files will need to be ported over. Eventually the wiki will have nice documentation of all of the config options. The new config format also makes it a lot easier to add all of the config options you've been requesting!
Would it be possible to fix the texture issue for 1.6.4? I only ask because I am using a 1.6.4 mod pack right now but as soon as a little bit more mods get to 1.7 I am going to ditch it, so no biggy! It's playable just annoying lol

I was trying to get a new version of this but now none of the builds are showing up available for download for 1.7.2. Is this intentional?
No build artifacts/downloads are available for the latest Build.

Sorry about that! But in an effort to keep our focus on 1.7, we deemed Reliquary 1.1.2 as the last version for 1.6.4. No updates or support is given to the 1.6 versions anymore.

Fixed, thanks. This is just a general announcement, but please make sure your bug weirdness occurs with a Forge server as well if your using MCPC.
Fixed in the 1.7 versions.

We never officially supported Thaumcraft integration, that was always provided through Thaumic Reliquary. theFlaxbeard is the developer of that.

Not really. Should be fixed now, thanks for pointing this out!
