Why did you repeat yourself, you may be mad but your madness usually doesn't extend to incorrect grammar, are you delirious for some reason?
Edit: Also, is the apple that you get from the reward bag supposed to be unusable? WAILA says its from Witchery by the way.
EditEdit: It also appears that eating the Witchery apple crashes the game. But on the upside, thats my first crash. Oh, and it also resets the world and I now must restart.

With all these updates he keeps throwing out of course he'd be delirious :P.
Was the crash due to Minecraft running out of memory? Cause that was a sleeping apple. When eaten it should have sent you to the spirit world. When first generating terrain in a new dimension it can sometimes put some strain on the game. When I have the Twilight Forest installed I occasionally crash when I first enter.
EDIT: I just made a new world with this modpack and ate the apple. I entered the spirit world just fine without a crash. I'm betting you ran out of memory.

Sorry, MC forum derp. I posted once, but this happened. Your world might not have derped, but as Auric said, your just in the spirit world. If there is a nightmare chasing you or there are no hostile mobs, or you find a plant called "Wispy cotton" you'll know your in the spirit world. Getting out is just a matter of death.

Question not the mad-mans ways, for you may begin to see logic in his actions, then find yourself mad as well.
You may call me The Madman, as there is no name that suits me better.
I happen to make modded survival maps, if your interested see my latest: The Asylum
Alright.... So I MAY have derped with the update earlier. As in I forgot to hit the save button, and it was the same as the last update. But it isn't all bad news! In the NEW version of the old update you have a few more changes, like needed less gassios tenabrea, and a few new rewards in bags.

You are correct in assuming that there is a nightmare that is annoying me. Besides, are you even supposed to lose all your items in the spirit world? But I can recover it, and if so, how would I get back to the overworld plane of existence, where the interesting stuff happens?
Edit: I watched a tutorial and figured it out, thanks all, I wouldn't have known otherwise and would have deleted the map.

So, are there greatwood saplings as a reward for one of the quests? I don't remember seeing any. One of the very first things I like to do in TC4 is to make a greatwood wand. I seem to be missing an important ingredient for that though...
EDIT: I seem to have forgotten that I got a reward bag that gave me some TC4 saplings and a few nodes. I'm fine but I'm curious if it's possible to progress without needing to rely on a lucky reward bag.

Don't worry, I thought of that. In either the "Alchemy" branch off or the "Fancy duds" branch off of the stating quest you'll find a reward of a great wood sapling(It is one of the two, and I can't remember which). Didn't want to leave people high and dry.

Yeah, it took me a while to adjust to the hunger changes. Once I learned how things work I've begun to like the added difficulty Hunger Overhaul adds.
Same here, but it seems more rewarding and it feels like an achievement to have a full hunger bar now, which makes it funner for me to play.

Alright, planing out a large update. I plan on trying to add new loot to infernal mobs to make killing them worth while, and maybe adding a new questline(Akin to "For the hording!" in agrarian skies) or two. What quests would you like to see, and what loot would you like them to drop?

I don't recall seeing a quest for mana cookies, although I never did get into the botania quest yet. Those things take a surprisingly large amount of mana to make.

I don't have a quest for them, so I might add one in this. 100 sound reasonable?

How bout a more square number, like 128 or 64, or anything directly divisible by 16.

Like I said, they use a lot of mana to create. I'd go with a full stack of 64 and see how that works out. There really isn't that much of a use for mana in the 1.6.4 version of Botania so building a large mana farm would be a bit of a waste.

I'll try 64, and see how I like it. Personally, I plan on building a large mana creation set-up to run an orechid non-stop. So shutting that off for a few minutes to make mana cookies seems fine.
Other ideas I have for quests: "While I dig my hole..."- Submit 256 stone brick(Objective named "...you build a wall").
Follow up quests: "Caelondia"- Submit 64 magic walls(Objective named "Keeps The Wild Unknown out").

For the infernal mob drops I think that you might want to add the occasional drops of useful items like sunstone and moonstone, which I am having trouble getting. I have fought some fairly tough infernals now and all that I've gotten is some chain and iron armor, and most commonly an iron hoe, which is by no means useless, but honestly it isn't worth the trouble of having potions thrown at me and my enemies turning invisible.
