Is a mod allowed to ban someone for NoPush if they don't know for absolutely sure that they have the mod? The mod (which I will leave unnamed unless I need to name him) claimed that they tried to push them and it didn't work, which could have been attributed to lag, and then banned them a couple of minutes later.

I clearly saw he was using a client. I tried pushing him, which he wouldn't budge. I stood in the same spot when he ran away, and I fell when someone pushed me.
On top of that, he swung his pole on a perfect every 4 seconds, and I had 2 people complaining about his hacks.

Did I ask for your input? I wasn't talking about your situation necessarily- I was asking about situations in general.
Sounds like a real tragedy... The server is essentially a PvP based server; You should have expected for such "chaos" to be occurring, after all it is a prison. I don't blame anyone for muting you. The instant I logged onto the server, all I saw was your complaining, bashing the server and belittling every staff member's position. After the first night of not being terribly fond of the server, I would expect that with your "2+ years of server experience" you would know not to reconnect to a server you aren't enjoying.

Nonononono, another player hit me, and I turned around and hit him back. Which resulted in me getting killed by a guard and getting a PvP warning. When I didn't hit anyone first, I was attacked.
I'm not at all complaining about the PvP in general, it's a ****in' jail server, ffs. I'm talking about how it's managed. And for the mutes, that's ****ing stupid. Straight up. I'm not sure I remember seeing it in the rules, but don't quote me on that.
And lastly, I know for a FACT that I did not receive one warning. You can find out if anyone was recording the whole thing, I wouldn't mind.
