I have no idea why I am "Temp Banned from server for 3 Days" I tryed logging in, I just got back from vacation and it said that. Can someone please tell me why I am Temp Banned? Thanks in advance.

I know the rules, very well. I have been hanging around Killion, both as guard and as a normal member, for a long time now, and have seen many moderators, and have had to sort of act as one when no mods were online.
I am not in the habit of insulting/aggravating other members. I would say that I am on either a good or neutral standing with most members. As a guard I have never retaliated to any insults given to me (and believe me--there have been many).
I am a somewhat recent member, and I remember what it was like to be a new, alone player lost and confused in Killion. I remember when I thought it was helpful to shout out the name of every player I saw with a sword. I think this empathy with new members can help me teach them the ropes in Killion and deal with any situations that may arise.
I am bilingual (French, English), and proficient enough in Spanish to explain rules in private chat to some members who may not otherwise get the chance to learn or understand them.
I understand all of Killion's rules, guarding or otherwise, and have the patience to explain them a thousand times if a new player (or guard!) needs it.
I'm not afraid to say "No" to my friends. I know my friends, and they know my limits on things, and they know if they say something that offends me, I will call them out on it, just like if a C blocker said it. And they've been champs about it, they've never complained to me or judged me over something I feel like I have to do. And they know there's some times I really do have to do stuff, like jailing them on my guard account. They know they may have had different opinions over whether they should have been jailed or whether latency ate the sword, but we have always resolved it maturely.
I love helping people. One of my weaknesses when guarding is new c blockers. Sometimes I spend ten minutes standing in the guard room explaining to them how to hand swords over or even slightly pause the countdown to the C blocker who says 'What???' when I ask for their sword. Once I spent ten minutes and got killed twice (by Csf707 D:) running a C blocker who had just joined over the facilities,. It was so worth it, but I would love to do it when my guard armour doesn't make me an instant target.

I have no moderation experience on a Minecraft server, because, frankly, I have never wanted it. But I love the no-nonsense way the Killion moderators work their magic. It is refreshing to go to a server where people are allowed to use minimal profanity, but are reprimanded if it is directed to another member, and where phrases such as 'that is so gay' etc. are disallowed. I would love to be a part of the team that keeps this server up to such high standards, but whether I am accepted or not, I would like to make it known to the current mods are wardens that they are doing a fantastic job.
Important: A simple check of my account history probably shows about five days of inactivity, particularly on Xanadu101. I have recently moved out to university and have been spending my frosh week partying etc. in a week where our alcohol is paid for us aren't I so responsible??? and we are learning to fit into our dorms and show school spirit at football games. My activity is currently down, and I understand why you would look past me if you need mods this very minute, but I will be active in three day's time (Tuesday) to the same degree (but different time zones) I was once active.
Also Important: I am currently in Blaze (does my Blaze rank overpower my free one?) but would be willing to leave Blaze if accepted, as I understand chat mod does not transfer over.

Allxpro23zmj if you just 'got back from vacation' I recommend you change your minecraft password a.s.a.p. If you did not have Internet access on your vacation and have not played Killion recently, there is a high possibility your account was compromised. If your account is compromised you will not have your temp ban lifted, as it is your responsibility to keep it safe.
If you did have Internet access the things that could warrant a three day ban are: Saying racist terms in chat, planting trees in the dirt mine (even by accident!), griefing (A lot of times people want to build house in the tree farm or sugar cane farm), "block glitching" (You know when you place a block and disappear? Well jumping onto that disappearing block to get to a higher place counts as block glitching), lava/water trapping (Dumping lava or water on people in the mines, and sand trapping (suffocating people under sand).
Or if the last time you played Killion you joined in on a group of players harassing another member named Dexter, you may have been tempbanned for that. Those were, I believe, six or seven day bans, and about three or four days ago. The bans were also handed out almost half a day after the incident, so if you left on vacation shortly after that you may have been caught up in that and tempbanned for it.
If any of those things sound familiar, that's probably what you got caught with.

Why do you believe you?re suitable for the Moderation role?: I've noticed that since introducing the new Prestige blocks that a lot of chat mods have died out and I wish to take their place... I have observed most of the chat mods' behaviors and will try to mimic the job they've done as best as I can.
Extra Information: Previous A-Guard, always treat prisoners fair.
I want to say -- there were a lot of great chat mod applications. I don't want to flood the server with chat mods if it isn't necessary. We will see how these guys do for a few days, then I'll go back over the mods who applied last night. So don't get discouraged/upset if you weren't picked.
