Hello Convicted! Yes, I know its been awhile, but im here to inform you that I will be returning to convicted in the near future; when I am able to. In this I will be explaining the reasoning behind me going inactive and why I am coming back. This might be long but I hope you read on so I can clear up any of the mysteries behind my inactiveness. This isn't supposed to be a Sob story its merely me telling you what happened and why I was forced to quit playing convicted or any other video game. I do not want/expect any special treatment from the players or staff. I JUST WANT TO SET IT ALL STRAIGHT.
[The Story] It all started in about the month of September when I broke my ankle in a football game after I got it all casted up and was on crutches we went back to the hospital because it was bothering me but during the drive my family and I were hit. I don't remember much, I was knocked out instantly, but in the end there was a death and I'm not comfortable explaining that into further detail. Back to the main story I was knocked out and woke up about a 1-2 weeks later; I had been in a coma and some of my cognitive functions were effected and It made things really tough. Still to this day im not 100% alright. Im doing lots treatments to help improve body functions and I am doing very well in recovery. I was not able to play any video games at all until the start of march; I was able to play at most 30 mins of video games without getting a migraine or a horrible headache. This being the main reason why I couldn't play other than having my electronics taken away from me not being able to contact convicted. In late April im cleared to be able to play video games for long periods of time but not too long or it could cause more problems with my head.
Im hoping to be able to come back and have a fresh start without any grudges or problems. I cant wait to be able to play again on the server that's taken up a good chunk of my life :P(ima nerd)

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I have been accepted as guard before on worst computer then the one I am currently on. My pvp skills have gotten better due to the Hunger Games (MCPVP), and I am not that terrible! My framerate was specifically more better than it was in 2012 when I was first accepted. Right now, I have nothing better to do except watch as Convicted ages, but I am having an ambition of notorioty in my current stay of Convicted and decided to become more active now. Even though this will limit my access to Free until I hit Alpha (If I ever do), I am willing to make such a sacrifice for my own amibitous reasons, and for helping C's get to Free faster. I can act mature or lulzy depending on my mood, but a majority will be mature.

Please reread the guard rules; you are forgetting something in your application. Also, I recommend spacing out each section, it makes it much easier to read.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Ah well to be honest I thought Xray would be useful but in reality it was not. This server is one of the reasons I actually use minecraft in general. I really like being apart of this community and I hate the fact that one stupid mistake I made can take that away from me. I believe I deserve to be unbanned because I've come to the realization that using Xray was utterly dumb and It's not fair for me to use it. I've learned from my foolish mistake and I'd love to be apart of this community again. I never plan on using Xray or any other mods that are not allowed. I understand and take full responsibility for my actions but if you could find it in your hearts to let me rejoin this server once again I would be so great-full.

Not as much as I would have wanted, I was a guard on a friend of mine's server until occupants of such server slowly dwindled down, I utterly enjoyed doing it though. 6)Whatis your time zone? Central. 7)Why are you the best choice for guard?(1-2 paragraph) I find I am a cold, and logical person. I try my best in all areas, and I tend to be impartial and unbiased. I hope to believe I am a somewhat good player as well. I adhere to the rules as best I can, and I would say that I’d be a good addition to your team for guarding. Though that is just my opinion, and tending to be my own it is biased, I hope this might give you some insight into my thought process.
Though this is true, I find I would be a good candidate for this position for all of the above reasons. In practice, it takes someone who can work unbiased to do good work on a server, or any artificial means. I have been on multiple RP servers, and multiple servers in general, and I have in each case attempted to do my best. On two servers, currently closed, I functioned as a GM (Global Moderator). This aids me in experience, and I feel it contributes to my validity as a candidate.
Whilst I have played on Convicted, I would fancy that I know a great abundance of the rules of the server. I seek it my goal to try and work my utmost hardest, be it working in the Omega mines or that of the PVP standpoint, holding my ground in PVP to the point where I've been complimented about it. I try it my best to make good decisions and acquaintances though, I've made my fair share of enemies. I am probably a little bit more active than what I should be, I am usually on whenever I have time, I've taken some all nighters whilst on the server, I can guarantee that you will usually see me on. You can usually depend I will take the mature stand point whilst in an argument, though to add that, one of my biggest weaknesses is taking things too seriously and not recognizing when something is supposed to be perceived to be a 'joke'. 8)Do you understand that nagging Wardensin-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? Yes I have read these rules over cautiously and intently.
5)Any experience with the prison genre?Yes I do have some experience of the prison genre. I was previously on a prison server for a few months [ two to be exact ] and on this server I was ranked Enforcer which would be somewhere between guard and alpha guard on this specific server [ I guess you could call it guard+ ] so not only am I experienced with the genre but I also know the basic guidelines of being a guard.

7)Why are you the best choice for guard?
I am an experienced Minecraft player, who has played many types of game modes which may help me if I become a guard, one example of this is that; I was an operator on a multi game mode server and know many plugins so I will not have to be taught how to use most of the commands. I am also a fungi [ get it fun guy? ] who enjoys playing with all different ranks and with players of all ages, meaning I would not abuse my power or make myself look above someone else unless absolutely needed. PVP is one of my strongest abilities in mc which would suit this job perfectly. Also since I was op [ and I actually earned my way up to it ] I am trust able with responsibility because as the saying goes with great power comes great responsibility. Another skill that is required in the prison world is to be able to remain calm when communicating with prisoners, I feel this is crucial for a guard as I have not seen much of it on this server. I believe that being inactive on a prison server should not be allowed as it can cause many threats to the server its self such as, e.g. : A hacker logs in and is knowledgeable about mc securities there should be someone there to stop/ ban them, If I were to be a guard I can assure you that this would not happen as in my case I am exceptionally active. If there were to be a conflict between me and another prisoner I assure you I would not keep a personal grudge against him/her. I can contribute to your server in many ways as you have only a few of the ways listed above but my main skill which I am highly knowledgeable is in; the category of ideas, I am great with coming up with ways to improve servers [ not saying that yours isn't already great which it is ] and help out for the betterment and enjoyment of not only the community in convicted but of the people who credit is never given to for holding the entire server together, the Convicted staff.

I'll start off by quoting my previous application, and expanding a bit from there.
I have spent much time on the server during this first month. I know many of the regulars and consider most of them friends. Though I do see many as friends, I won't bend rules to let the few do as they please. I will stand my ground and be steadfast to make sure the rules are followed. Though I am in the Central time zone, I play early hours. I've noticed a shortage of guards around this time, and I would like to help fill this gap.
I also believe my age has brought me experience, so I can show wise decisions during duty. I believe my actions in game have shown that I am a trustworthy companion and I stick true to it. I have helped many people and wish to continue this as a guard. I wish to see the server continue on and want to take part in keeping it fun and interesting.
Short essay for application:
Many have sought to become a guard, and many have been overlooked. The process of which roots out those who would be unfit and those who would seek to break rules and cause grief. One must prove their mettle, both of mind and skills, before being accepted. In the following paragraphs, you will find my attributes and understand why I am the best choice for guard.
One of the most important aspects of any person, at least in my eyes, is honesty. In my relatively short time on the server, I have shown I am capable of trust through my honesty. My trades have been fair and just, each party ending happy. As regulars know, trading plots and enchanted gear can be risky due to the scammers in our midst. Out of the 4 plots I've been involved with trading, and out of all of my sales and enchanting services, everything went smoothly. Not one account of scam has been accused of me.
Honesty leads me to my next point, resiliency. An unresilient guard would easily faulter under the trolling and hate some players bring. Let's face it, some people break rules and will kick and scream when they are caught and reprimanded. A guard needs to stand firm in their stance to punish these players fairly, not to give in or harbor hate and vengeance. I understand this all too well. I was a manager on my last job. Catching a subordinate, of which you consider a friend, slacking off or breaking policy takes strength to handle, much more fairly. Through this knowledge, I hope you see that I understand this resiliency and I pledge to show this through being a guard.
Lastly, but definitely not least, a guard needs to be wise. Not every situation will be the same. Knowing the rules is but part of wisdom, knowing how and when to apply them, and being open to learn more, is the majority. During my time on the server, I have seen most rules put to use. I've seen how and when situations are handled and I know I can handle them just as well. I understand the place of trainees, of guards, and of alphas, and I understand the purpose of each. No doubt, it will still be a learning experience, but it would be one I welcome.
I hope this short essay has given you some insight to my character. I stand by my statements of being honest, resilient, and wise. I assure you, placing me into guard would be no mistake. If you take what I said before, and review my time as a guard, you'll see that I did stand true to my word. Sure, I wasn't perfect (who is?), but I made amends to players I inadvertently harmed. I judged and acted fairly and honestly. I like to believe that many of the players would agree with me there. I proved my fighting ability time and time again. Even in the face of aimbot accusations, I fought on and proved myself. I made many friends, many of which I'm sad to see have left while I was away.
I posted my resignation in light of a new job. Now that my schedule has normalized, I have free time to spend hanging around again. I won't be as active as I was, but I will be a regular face again. I'll be playing mostly earlier hours, around 8-12am. I hope my previous experience as a guard left an impact strong enough to bring me back around. If you need a fair player back in the ranks, I would be happy to guard again.

I recommend this app although it means nothing! Spot is a nice guy and has always been my friend though out my experience on Convicted. Therefore, I believe he deserves this position as well.

(1-2 paragraphs)I am the best choice for guard because i am respectful, independent and i have no life so i will be on LOTS. i am good with calming people and good with words so chat fights should be no problem. i am a good PVP'er which is obviously a necessary factor in guarding. I know just about everything there is to know about convicted and its community since ive been playing for so long. i will respect all players equally, even if im not generally fond of them.... and i will devote my spare time to protecting those innocent C's so they dont rage quit the server and i will stop the free riots that happen ever so often. I am very trustable (not just because im from canada) and i am fun-loving but i can be responsible whenever i need to be. I hope you consider me for the honor of guard!

Have you read the guard rules: Yes I have read the guard rules and i'm acquainted from previous experience on Convicted.
Why are you the best choice for guard: After previously climbing to Alphaguard and experiencing the full prison genre this server has to offer I can proudly say i'd be more than experienced to return to trainee / guard. On top of that I used to be one of the strongest guards this server had to offer my pvp skills have not weakened and i'm ready to become active once more I know all the alphaguard staff very well as they're old friends and most of the wardens.
I've experienced being alpha through some of the harder times this server had to offer so needless to say I think i'm suitable for trainee
Ontop of this i've made numerous server decisions with the help of fellow alphas. I believe myself to be fair and just with the guard rules and i'm sure most of the alphas will agree.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I have been accepted as guard before on worst computer then the one I am currently on. My pvp skills have gotten better due to the Hunger Games (MCPVP), and I am not that terrible! My framerate was specifically more better than it was in 2012 when I was first accepted. Right now, I have nothing better to do except watch as Convicted ages, but I am having an ambition of notorioty in my current stay of Convicted and decided to become more active now. Even though this will limit my access to Free until I hit Alpha (If I ever do), I am willing to make such a sacrifice for my own amibitous reasons, and for helping C's get to Free faster. I can act mature or lulzy depending on my mood, but a majority will be mature.
8) Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? I do.

Welcome back sir you was missed a lot of things have changed (not really) while you were gone and I hope you can accommodate these changes.
Please reread the guard rules; you are forgetting something in your application. Also, I recommend spacing out each section, it makes it much easier to read.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Ah well to be honest I thought Xray would be useful but in reality it was not. This server is one of the reasons I actually use minecraft in general. I really like being apart of this community and I hate the fact that one stupid mistake I made can take that away from me. I believe I deserve to be unbanned because I've come to the realization that using Xray was utterly dumb and It's not fair for me to use it. I've learned from my foolish mistake and I'd love to be apart of this community again. I never plan on using Xray or any other mods that are not allowed. I understand and take full responsibility for my actions but if you could find it in your hearts to let me rejoin this server once again I would be so great-full.

I'll start off by quoting my previous application, and expanding a bit from there.
If you take what I said before, and review my time as a guard, you'll see that I did stand true to my word. Sure, I wasn't perfect (who is?), but I made amends to players I inadvertently harmed. I judged and acted fairly and honestly. I like to believe that many of the players would agree with me there. I proved my fighting ability time and time again. Even in the face of aimbot accusations, I fought on and proved myself. I made many friends, many of which I'm sad to see have left while I was away.
I posted my resignation in light of a new job. Now that my schedule has normalized, I have free time to spend hanging around again. I won't be as active as I was, but I will be a regular face again. I'll be playing mostly earlier hours, around 8-12am. I hope my previous experience as a guard left an impact strong enough to bring me back around. If you need a fair player back in the ranks, I would be happy to guard again.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I would consider myself the best choice for guard because I am a trustworthy player who will uphold the the rules of the server and punish players when the time is necessary. That being said I can also be a fun and caring player. I love to include myself in various competitions and events that the server holds. I am in my opinion a very good team player and I can work well with the other guards on the server. As far as guarding is concerned I am quite well off. I do not know if trainees and guards can use chaos or not, but even if they can't I can still hold my weight as a good pvper and can handle myself in any fight that presents itself.
I have been playing this server for well over a year now and have come to know and befriend many of the players on this server. I can say without a doubt in my mind that Convicted is the single greatest server I have ever been on (Thus it is the only server I have ever donated to.). I would like a chance to be able to help this server be even greater by offering my guard-ship in hopes of making the overall experience for all players new and old alike better in whichever ways that I can make the server better. I know that being a guard is a huge responsibility and it is one that I know that can handle and strive in.
The decision to apply for guard now is because I have come to the realization that being a guard is something that would fulfill achievement in myself, knowing that I can help people, knowing that I can achieve more than mining all day

I think I should be Un-banned becse i was not X-raying,And i know what your thinking but its true i only had like 5 diamonds and it was in the donator mine i was just tunnling around when i would find one ore i would mine in that derection till i would find another one and i would just keep doing that so i was mineing up and dnow side ti side i was just "stupid mineing" i dident realy have a syle i was just mine around you know ?
And now i can see how that can look like X-raying but i can assure you that i have no mods or Texturpacks i dont even know how to install mods ? Now plz unban me i love this server and would hat to be permbanned from this server that i play on everyday I am sry if i was Miss leading and i will mine in a more formal way so you dont think im doing something aso if i was X-raying i would have been free mounths ago it took me 3 mounths to get to B so thats stupid how you would think im x-raying now i can get if you are in B-mine and you see a guy go right to a diamond then you can just tell hes X-raying but in the Donator Mine every direction you do in has diamonds coal iron gold Etc , so when you are in the Donatormine and if you make tunnals you you just asume hes X-raying ? i like to make tunnals i dont like to mine form top to bottom ??? But yes if i cwould get Un-banned it would be nice becuse i like this server and have spent alot of time on it

(1-2 paragraphs)I am the best choice for guard because i am respectful, independent and i have no life so i will be on LOTS. i am good with calming people and good with words so chat fights should be no problem. i am a good PVP'er which is obviously a necessary factor in guarding. I know just about everything there is to know about convicted and its community since ive been playing for so long. i will respect all players equally, even if im not generally fond of them.... and i will devote my spare time to protecting those innocent C's so they dont rage quit the server and i will stop the free riots that happen ever so often. I am very trustable (not just because im from canada) and i am fun-loving but i can be responsible whenever i need to be. I hope you consider me for the honor of guard!
