Why am I the best Choice for guard:
Well I believe the reasons I am the best choice for guard are I am good at pvp, I am fair when jailing, I will not break the guard rules, and I can get along with all the players. I can hold my own in a fight and or long enough for more guards to come and help in the situation. I notice very well when someone breaks the prison rules or any rules for that matter. I understand that I might not be the perfect guard but I know that I can do a sure good job of it.
I am very honest when someone breaks the any of the rules. Let's say Bob is attacking Joe but Joe isn't hitting back I will only kill Bob or Jail him if he runs into a safe zone. I have seen how the guards act on this server I know what they do and how the handle it. I will try and do my best of following the best guards. Another reason I would like to be a guard is sometimes when I am playing on this server there seems to be no guards on and then the server just has killing left and right. (Notice this is not often but It happens everyone and awhile) Well that is the reasons why I think I should be a guard. Now it is up to you.

I would love to say that you are correct but that is a blatant lie. I played on here about a year ago, and have sporadically joined back on to see how things are. Now, if you would like to tell the wardens that I am a liar thats fine, but I would love to hear how I only recently joined a few days ago... If you check on page 1218 of this here forum about Bains Penn you will see that I was here long ago... I can change it and call it three days if that would please you oh master of minecraft........

You may have played on here for a few days a year ago. And played every now and then (Call it once a month) for a whole year.
This does not constitute a year of how long you have been playing here.

Wardens check the forums regularly, even though they don't post frequently. You will be promoted in-game when you are accepted. Also, please don't spam the same message 3 times, that doesn't help your situation any further.

As Penguii said, if you're accepted, then a warden will promote you in-game. There is no "deadline" for the accept/decline of guard apps. Sometimes an alpha or warden may reply with "Declined", but that is rare, so just assume that if you get no response, then it is denied. Every time you re-post, you should try to improve your application to increase your chances of being accepted - spamming the same application 10 times and getting it denied every time won't do anything.

I would consider myself the best choice for guard because I am a trustworthy player who will uphold the the rules of the server and punish players when the time is necessary. That being said I can also be a fun and caring player. I love to include myself in various competitions and events that the server holds. I am in my opinion a very good team player and I can work well with the other guards on the server. As far as guarding is concerned I am quite well off. I do not know if trainees and guards can use chaos or not, but even if they can't I can still hold my weight as a good pvper and can handle myself in any fight that presents itself.
I have been playing this server for well over a year now and have come to know and befriend many of the players on this server. I can say without a doubt in my mind that Convicted is the single greatest server I have ever been on (Thus it is the only server I have ever donated to.). I would like a chance to be able to help this server be even greater by offering my guard-ship in hopes of making the overall experience for all players new and old alike better in whichever ways that I can make the server better. I know that being a guard is a huge responsibility and it is one that I know that can handle and strive in.
The decision to apply for guard now is because I have come to the realization that being a guard is something that would fulfill achievement in myself, knowing that I can help people, knowing that I can achieve more than mining all day . I know that guard is the right path for me and I thank each and every player on this server for making it one of, if not the best server experience I have ever had, and might very well have in my life. I thank everyone who took the time to read my application and I hope to see you on Convicted soon.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I deserve to be unbanned for many reasons. Reasons including, how much i miss it, the fact i dont x-ray anymore, and how it was one time. Now i understand i broke server rules but i hope someone takes the time to read this.
One reason is how much i miss the server. Time not on the server is grueling. I always have fun on it. I even recommend it to my freinds. (IGN's of some) Some people i have told about it and have joined includes CamoCam22, Krism620, and DarthP3. We would always play on the server but because of my mistakes they all got bored and left because they dident want to stay anymore. If Darth was asked if i deserve to be unbanned he would most definatly say yes. I really miss the server and was flabergasted when i was banned. I was so devastated i stopped hacking/x-raying. Which leads into my next reason.
I stopped hacking completely. When i was banned i was ready to burst into tears. I realized how wrong it was to hack. Breaking the rules to benifet isen't even fun. I stopped hacking on other server and realized how fun it was not to hack. I un-installed my hacked clients and stopped hacking. I permanantly deleted them and everything. I have even stopped other freinds from hacking. Realizing consequenses and facing them is terrible. I underestimated the power of the wardens/alphas and learned a terrible lesson. I really miss the server.
Another minor reason is i was about to donate. I wanted to become more devolped into the server. So me and my freind were both going to donate. I understand donations help the prison and that is exactly a reason why i wanted to donate. Keeping my favorite server running is something i want to do. Unfortunatly i was banned before this which makes me very crestfallen. Hopefully after this has been read someone will consider unbanning me.
To sum things up i really would be very fond of being unbanned. I miss the server and stopped hacking. I just got free and was going to donate. Also I am the best choice because I feel if that I become guard, I will help the server A LOT. I don't even care if I become alpha guard or warden or any higher rank than guard. Guard ranks don't matter, it just matters if the guard is guarding. Some guards look the other way for their friends, I will not because that is disobeying the rules. I will try my best to be fair and I will listen to all ranks above my rank. I will not ignore any people on this server because everyone has a right to talk. I won't be a strict guard or nobody will like me, and I won't be too nice either. I will jail for the appropriate amount of time and make sure all rules are followed! If somebody in this jail is being attacked, I will try my best to save them. If there are any D's I will give them comfort because I was a D before.
