5)Any experience with the prison genre?: Yes convicted has inspired me to make a prison server too but I like convicted to much to leave it.

6) What is your time zone?: My time zone is EST.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard?: Firstly, why I think I would be a good choice for guard is that I would like to keep the killing of the newer players to a low. Because many c's are complaining that they are being killed just because they are defenseless against the frees. Many c's are quitting because they cant even get from the c bank to the c quarry without being killed. so I would like to prevent most of the c's from being killed. My second reason why I think I would be a good choice for guard is that I am good at pvp and I know the tricks of pvp.

I also think I would be a good choice for guard is so I could protect the prisoners of c block from being killed or attacked and make sure that the killers/attackers are killed or punished. I also would like to make any prisoner like our server more and prevent them from wanting to quit. I personally think that prisoners quit because most guards do not pay attention to them if they are not free or have a title. but I will make sure that every prisoner gets the answer they want and I will not ignore them.

Another reason I think I would be good for guard is that I want to make sure that the bad people are put in jail if they have been breaking rules and I will make sure that I report the news of a player on convicted breaking a server rule to Noakii or any other wardens. I don't like it when people break rules and I am sure no one else likes it either so I want to help keep people from making bad decisions.

8) do you understand that nagging wardens in-game to read you app will result in a immediate decline? yes I am fully aware of this I am sure the wardens do not like it when there are too many people begging them to look at there app.

9) what is your current prison rank? do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard? My current rank is free I have been free for 1 month. yes I understand that you will need a screenshot of this when/if I retire.

I believe I am the best choice for guard because I am an experienced PvPer, Will protect prisoners at all costs, and I know how to deal with attackers. I have the right materials for PvPing and I know how to do it. When I become guard, I will try my hardest to protect the prisoners from anyone who tries to attack. If approached with danger, I will not back down even if it means losing my life. I am not afraid of people attacking. I know what to jail for and am not afraid to use it. With the power to jail, I will not abuse.

8) Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? Yes and I promise not to mention it in game.

9) What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard? My current rank is free and I will provide a screenshot.

Guys, please don't post random, not server related things onto the forums.

3) Reason I was Banned: I was banned at 2:17 AM (EST) by FrootBoy. I was banned for "xraying" although I dont actually recall whether I did it or not as for it has been a while scince I was banend.
4) Length of Ban: N/A
5) Why do you deserve to be unabanned?: Over the few months which have passed, Ive realized that the other servers are borring, I have been influenced by a friend of mine to re-join this server. The reasons I should be unbanned are:
-will respect the people around me
-will not chat in game
-will not cheat or use any type of glitch
-will report any glitches which are unfair
-will not break any rules.

Getting SDA to 2 hearts before he opples, making me have to leave because he can have 64 when for the same price, I can have 12.

Alpha opples need to be a minimum of 4k, and the yellow hearts need to be 6 hearts for Trainees, Guards, and Alphas. Guard armor should have unb4 and break as well. If armor were to break, the /suitup command could be put back, and they would need to type it fast enough before they were killed. Nerfs need to occur, before pvp on Convicted ends, leading to a dead server. That's right. If alphas are not nerfed in the next 2 months, I guarantee you at least 8 regular players will leave the server each month after that.

HELP FIX THIS BROKEN SERVER, and NERF ALPHAS!

This server is not broken what so ever! If an opple costed 4k, nobody would buy, 3k is a decent price, but for alphas, if it gets changed should be 1.5-2k. Alphas still need something that has an advantage over regular guards. I don't think anything should be changed on trainees or guards. We are quite killable, and trainees are2 hit kills. I think its all fine, but there can be 1 and just 1 small change(for alphas), that's it, we cant have some diamond guy rule the prison easily. If what you wanted to be changed, was changed, than an unenchanted diamond guy would be able to take out loads of guards and rule the prison, simply from that. Also yellow hearts cant heal back....

and I really like this server I do not hack Please give me a second chance I love this server so much it used to be my #1 server but

Right now i have alot of free time so i can be a helpful person
to people who need help. When im online in the morning theirs is like no Guards but maybe
1 trainee so if i became Guard i can help that trainee with riots & help stop C's being killed.
Theirs alot of alphas that come on just to moderate chat and not help Guards pvp. So if i get Guard
i would lend another set of hands and help.

I will take my job seriously & will be responsible. I will help everyone i can because
im loyal to everyone, and know all the rules. I know i will be loyal and helpful because i was a [Guard] before
I will never abuse my power given, and will never kill somone for now reason. I understand
the purpose of the server and will always follow its rules. I am a good person who makes good
choices, I mostly want this server just to be at its best and Honestly, i want Guard because
i forgot how boring Free is and how fun killing prisoners is. Im also skilled at potion pvp
thats my favorite kind of pvp, and i play on many servers to practice my pvp skills.

To be all fair and honest I believe Alphas should keep the 1k opples, their buff and their armor. I have killed them before its no that hard. What needs to change is how many opples they can carry at one time again limit it to around 20-30 opples. Bomber had said alphas have decided to limit themselves to 1 stack of opples (still to many in my book) but that went down the drain when I saw an alpha posting a picture of him/her having 2 stacks of opples on them. It is the insta-eat situation all over again. It needs to be changed

It has recently come to my attention that the Donor Clay Mine is far too small to support the amount of donors that are mining in it. I was doing some quests earlier today and saw that the clay mine had reset. I grabbed my picks, did Reflect Quest for haste, and went to the mine (keep in mind, for me doing these two things take less than 5 minutes to do). As I approached the donor mine I heard mining. I knew people would come to the mine that fast, but nothing like what I saw. I went to the mine and almost half of it had been emptied by only a few chaos users and normal users. You may think that this is a one-time sort of occurrence, but I saw the same thing happen multiple times each reset. Many of you are aware of the abundance of people trying to get chaos right now, and they are doing nothing to help the cause. Myself, as I am one, and many other people are trying to get chaos. With that many chaos users and regular users mining, the clay mine will need an enlargement to sustain all the mining. Here are some screenshots of what happened within 10 minutes.
