Does this also mean the Nether wont spawn Nether Wart? Or will it be like other flora that will spawn whether or not the area was explored prior to updating?

The nether wart is generally found in the nether fortresses as far as i know, so you may be out of luck.
Guys, the nether is created when you start your world, not your portal. So anyone that made a world from 12/18 or before won't be getting new structures.
It's like, why play? I want to build something permanent that I can always work on and improve. But every time a new biome is announced, of course I want to experience that too..So..wait? Or play and just accept that all building is essentially futile until all biomes are released?
Well i remember seeing either a post or tweet that said the nether generated when you generate your world so even staying out of the nether would have done no good. Yes it gets old but seeing how there is usually 1-2 months between updates that is usually enough time for me to explore everything build useless crap (like roller coasters and what not) and get bored quit about 2 weeks later TUX(where X is the number in the update) just released! YAY start new world explore everything build useless crap (like a water fall all the way to bedrock) .... well you get the pattern.
Does this mean I will not get my nether fortress, and would have to start over, again?
If so, I'm really getting tired of this.

I paid for the beta of the PC version, just like I paid for the beta of the android version, just like I paid for the beta of the 360 version.
I seriously fail to see how anyone could call the launch version of Minecraft 360 a "full version"
