But if they have then thats amazing. Finally have the full sky from PC...
Hopefully not too demanding of lower end devices.
They also took out that they were going to add different colored wooden planks. That must of been too much for the devs to handle on a small update, and they wanted to get it out of the way pretty quick.

I doubt the bug fixes would edit the amount of storage...
The only thing I can think of is if your appstore makes you download the latest version when updating, THEN deletes the old version (so you will have an instance of having the game take up twice as much storage). If thats the case, delete the app then install it again. You will install the latest version.
The app is less than 10 MB big Lol.
Ah thats a shame about those features. I guess its reserved for 0.8.0.
I hope that update gets submitted by end of September/ early November

They will become infinite as well but they will have big ugly walls where the old generation and new generation meet
Also the PC version is getting a terrain generation update soon (it will probably be fully released by 0.9.0) do you think we will get that generation or 1.6.2 (the current update) world gen?
I remember that there were a few updates in PC terrain generation, first there were only large caves something like worm pits, now it's huge caves with random blocks here n' there, I don't know wich one is better, what do you think?
Perhaps I can help explain it a little better. Currently, we have a map that is 256 X 256 blocks. When the new terrain generator and larger worlds with biomes are implemented, your 256 X 256 map will stay exactly how you have it now, but at the border where your current world ends, the new generation will start. Since the terrain will be generated differently, there will be a distinct 256 X 256 block square of the old generation nested in a perfect square within the new world generation. Just imagine plopping your current map in the middle of a PC world without altering either, just slapping it right in there as is.
I had some ported maps with this problem, I just change to creative then started to make the land smoother on another PE map ported to PC I just created a wall around the 256x256 map then I got a personal fortress looks great i'll upload a pic later.

I hope that moder can make a mod or script to generate better fog, have you ever played on a map in the highlands? it's really beautiful to watch the clouds come across you
When I updated MCPE, it takes something like 300 MB. In my opnion, that's not bad.

Quite easily. On PC, you click F3 and it'll bring up coordinates, biome, FPS, etc. In MCPE, it'd be easy to make a button in the options what would bring up a screen of sorts like in PC, where you can move around, but you'd have your coords on your screen, as well as biome and FPS. It'd be a toggle On/Off feature in my speculations. Lol, sorry if I don't make much sense at times, I ramble too much

I suppose. I'm starting to think I should wait for 0.8.0 instead of wasting storage on 0.7.4 then have to delete some more things on my phone just to update 0.8.0.

The worlds are another thing, but worst case I figure I'll move them to my external SD-CARD then create symbolic links to them from the original internal storage location. However none of this is an issue now, I have well over 2GB available. Gotta love Android/Linux shell.

@everyone that asks for release dates: we don't have them! We have for sure a timeline we would like to follow... but we want the freedom to say *screw that* and release weeks before or after without people complaining, if there are valid reasons. So, unless everything is pretty much finalized (ie. coming out in 1 week or so) you won't have a deadline from us, sorreh.
