Go into your iPads files using ifile if you're jailbroken or iexplorer if you're not, go to applications and find the minecraft app, click documents and keep clicking till you find all your maps, drag the map you downloaded into there, now change the owner of the file from "root" to "mobile" by clicking the blue dot next to it and scrolling down to owner, now open the map and do the same to all the .dat files in there.
Find your maps using the above method, drag them to your desktop, and upload them on any uploading website then give out the download link.
