People claiming "no bugs" must not actually be monitoring resource usage. Just because it is running "without bugs" doesn't mean that it's running efficiently.
All of the pre-releases are using way too much CPU resources. In the following image, you can see the CPU usage of a 1.9 PR server against a 1.8.1 server:
And by the way, that's 28% of a quad-core CPU. That translates to 56% of a dual-core CPU and 100% of a single-core CPU.

I am running mine on Pre 4, but it seems to crash all the time. It didn't do this with the other versions, but it's all a work in progress!
