I really need assistance with port forwarding. It was working for as long as I remember until a couple of month ago. It stopped working after an Xfinity/Comcast technician came to my house to fix an issue with the wifi dropping every two weeks. However, we've had a much larger issue after that. I honestly can't port forward, I've been able to do it forever and I'm using the same method, however it decided to stop working after the technician came. I'm trying to play with my family and friends but I can't due to this issue and I'm sick of it. Also 10.0.0.1 is still working (my old gateway before the technician came and it became 192.168.1.1), however even when I port forward using both of these panels that show up when I type them in my browser, nothing works.
Also, on an unrelated note, I've just purchased a new computer and my wifi connection keeps turning off for my computer (but not other computers on my network). I've made it so that if the battery is low it won't turn off the network card but that doesn't seem to be the issue. It doesn't say limited wifi and it still has bars but it won't connect to the internet, and it disconnects me from servers and games.

Your LAN ip address may have changed if you've gotten a new router, if you're using windows you click the start button, type in "cmd", once the console pops up you can type in "ipconfig" and you'll want to find your ip4 address and the last number may have changed so that has to be the same number that is in the port forwarding in 10.0.0.1 hope this helps!

Sorry for being so late, but that didn't really solve the issue as that's what I've been doing when I port forward.

Try that for what? The default gateway isn't that for me.
