A couple days ago I added an update to Project Red, Gophers Peripherals and Redstone I\O on my Minecraft 1.6.4 server. I started getting the following crash:
11:31:08 AM CONSOLE: [INFO] java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 21
11:31:09 AM CONSOLE: [INFO] at net.minecraft.network.packet.Packet.func_73272_a(Packet.java:149)
11:31:09 AM CONSOLE: [INFO] at net.minecraft.network.TcpConnection.func_74447_i(TcpConnection.java:325)
11:31:09 AM CONSOLE: [INFO] at net.minecraft.network.TcpConnection.func_74450_c(TcpConnection.java:549)
11:31:09 AM CONSOLE: [INFO] at net.minecraft.network.TcpReaderThread.run(SourceFile:94)
The server does not generate a proper crash report. The CPU just hangs, everyone gets kicked and nothing works until the server is restarted.
I rolled back all the changes that I made, and tried again. The issue persists.
I figured it might be a world issue so I pulled the map down and ran some repair tools on it, all chunks checked out, no errors. The map plays fine on SSP.
The crashes are random, but generally happen after 5-10 minutes of the server being online. If people are actually playing on the server it will take longer, sometimes 30-60 minutes before it crashes.
I know this is months old, but did Fragnet ever figure out the problem? I just started hosting with them, and I'm receiving the exact same errors. So far the suggestions from Support haven't worked.

It's driving me crazy! Any suggestions?
Thanks!
