I'm ok with the snooper program being there, and understand why it is there... but I do have one issue with it that boggles my mind.
it has a section near the bottom, texture pack size.... you cannot properly use anything higher than 16x without patching, but if you patch the game the snooper still says you are using a 16x pack. what is the point if it is just collecting false information?

I was wondering that as well. I noticed it when I was using a 512x pack.
