im trying to buy minecraft as we speak, but im using a debit mastercard and it keeps saying the phone number
cant contain spaces, problem is there isnt a spot to put the phone number!!!
There javascript stuff is rather glitchy... moneybookers that is.
You can ghetto rig it, by displaying the type="hidden" inputs for the phone prefix and number (could use inspect element in Chrome for example). If you need a step-by-step, let me know.
They have a validation for it (to back up the error message received by the OP) and an input field that's marked as hidden based on the selected payment type and/or country might be involved. See code below:
if ( get_selected_paytype() == 'DID') {
// check for empty fields
var aryDIDFields = new Array(
"ACCOUNT_NUM",
"BLZ" // Mobile verification removed!
/* ,"mobile_number_dd" */
);
var aryDIDLabels = new Array(
"Account number",
"BLZ",
"Phone number"
// Mobile verification removed!
/* ,"Mobile number" */
if (!reg_num.test(fld.value)) {
alert("Your phone/mobile number can ONLY contain numbers with no spaces");
fld.focus();
fld.select();
return false;
}*/
if ( fld && fld.value != "" && !reg_num.test(fld.value)) {
alert("Your phone/mobile number can ONLY contain numbers with no spaces");
// mark_field_in_red(aryNumCheck[i]);
fld.focus();
return false;
}
Don't have the time at the moment to dissect everything and find out exactly what conditions had to of been met to merit this additional validation check (requirement for a phone number). But at least this will throw the "maybe you misread" crap.
I would recommend emailing them and providing a screenshot of the error message your receiving (with all the forms in view) and link to this topic as reference: http://help.mojang.c...rtal/emails/new
