~ That'ssss a very nice Housssse You have there. ~
I downloaded a texture pack that was a little too much for my computer/minecraft. how do i un-download it or take it out of my minecraft texture pack folder (which i can't find) Thanks!!! :3
1)Go to start and type %appdata% (hit enter)
2)Go into .minecraft
3)find texture pack folder and open it
4) delete the texture pack inside
If you can get into your actual Minecraft, just deselect the texture pack in the menu. If you can't do that (and you're on a PC) open your start menu, search for the run command, put appdata in the run box, click on Roaming, then .minecraft. The texture pack folder should be in there, just delete the one that makes your game crash.
Hope this helps :biggrin.gif:
EDIT: Damn, ninja'd. Well, that was a simpler way to put it, so it's all good.

Scroll down to "My Hardware is better than You Hardware"
And, you'll find this:
Issue: Now, it might be quite obvious what the issue here is. "PC" is an acronym for "Personal Computer". Now as far as I know, Macintosh machines are personal computers. Try to prove me wrong buddy, its not going to work.
And I'll guarantee, the people in that sub-forum will know more about Computers, etc than you.
You're thinking about this in an extremely linear fashion.
PC was the name the Windows OS was given at about the time Windows 4.1 was released.
The Macintosh, if you thought of the term without Windows in the picture, could be considered a PC, HOWEVER. It is NOT because Windows had already claimed the name. The main reason people do not call Mac's PC's is because the Mac is used more commonly for activities that involve many people rather than just one.
The Windows computer is not used for these large activities because of It's more personal feel.

What do you mean by this?
The PC is the only operating system that can execute this search successfully.

If I'm correct, all computers are PC's. So only Windows can execute this search succesfully.
PC is a motto Windows uses.
IE: "I'm a PC" - The recent Windows commercials on TV.

Yes, but PC does stand for Personal Computer. So Macs are also PCs.
Go ask anyone is the world if a Mac is a PC, and come back with somebody that says yes.
If they aren't retarded, I'll be impressed.

Windows can't claim the name "PC" If they did, they'd be called PC instead of Windows... PC 7 Ultimate 64-bit... Doesn't fit. Doesn't work.
This is a commercial for Mac, I want you to tell me what they themselves call their opposing brand.
