Well, decided to do a short LP of this map! Gave it a playthrough once, and then said to myself, "Hey, let's LP this" and thus I did! Not really the best quality (and it's currently rendering), but I really enjoyed the map, and thought it was wildly creative!

Thanks ^^ it's in the first post. What happened to your old youtube account actually?
hehe yeah, i derped up lol, i figured it out right at the end and apparently, i won right after
I didn't see the signs for "inifinity" and "gone" were changed in the compass room
And you did make a hypercube, a hypercube is a cube that has no end unless you follow a certain way through the cube, where the only way out is to die, or you will walk in circles forever

oh wow, I guess I made a hypercube then.... awesome!
im guesing move Cube²: Hypercube inspired you to make this map
also i loved every second of it
i wish it was harder tho
What initially inspired me to make this map was the level "Infinite" in my previous map. But while I was making this map I also played "antichamber" some times and that was definitely an source of inspiration too.
Just finished the map.
I liked it more than the prequel, because the puzzles were more challenging and less frustrating.
I also like how you have used more advanced techniques, such as the enderman one that you have used for the spiders puzzle.
I have only a question for you: how have you stopped all the entities?
I took damage 3 times. Once, I died and once, I almost died.
It wouldn't be such a big deal if the room didn't reset on death.
I remember again, you're sort of supposed to die. Because the only way to die is by jumping from the redstone lamp in the middle to a corner of the room. Which is not what I want, I want you to use the redstone lamps that are intended for the high towers, the one in the middle is just for the hole in the roof.

first I spawned riding entities, which for some reason created ghost entities. But that was fixed in 1.6 so I changed it to this guys technique:

Oh, I remember this trick of Adam, I have forgot that if you spawn them there isn't any problem like the video ones.
Now I understand why all the spiders were facing the same direction.

yeah, for some reason I still managed to rotate their bodies, I don't quite remember how though.
not really, there isn't really any way of cheating without breaking blocks or changing gamemode in vanilla. It's just to make it a bit harder.
Oh for some reason I forgot to put your video in the main thread, but that's fixed now.
I have adblock installed, but I'm still able to use adf.ly, though a message appears saying that adblock has been detected, so that can't be it, I don't think at least
hmmm idk, when I get more messages of people saying the download doesn't work I'll have a look into it of course.
Love this map, really fun! Also how did you do the 8/27/16, I'm curious .
I used NBTexplorer to change the level.dat, but I think you can also just change the date of your computer and then open the map. (I'm not sure about that though)
-edit: video removed and replaced-
Thanks ^^ it's in the first post. What happened to your old youtube account actually?
Old one? I changed the profile picture recently, but that's all!
And as you may have noticed, I derped up during editing, so I'm uploading a fixed version now! Might actually try that speedrun idea too
hmm I thought you had more videos... maybe I confuse you with someone else.
I'll put your new video as walktrough in the first post.
Maybe, haha. Thanks!

Hmm for me it works fine... oh well here you go

I think it's because adfly recently started using a system that prevents people from using adblock, I might be wrong though.
Thanks I hope so too, but currently I put all my inspiration into the Code I and the Code II so a new map will take a while I suppose.
hmmm idk, when I get more messages of people saying the download doesn't work I'll have a look into it of course.
Thanks guys! Even though you wouldn't say so, your support actually helps
