SBI easy? Not after Vechs updated it. Try Spellbound Caves, the first dungeon is quite challenging, but after that it gets easier. Infernal Sky II is an easier map too.
Just tried it, I got the white wool. Skeletons are sure a butt pain with there buffs, especially the ones with a Punch Bow.
The strange thing is, I am using the default launcher...I was allocating a good chunk of memory to Minecraft, more than the default launcher, but it still had problems.
Edit: I have even tried the MultiMC launcher that allows for easier RAM dedication...but to no avail.
Edit 2: Fixed....I officially hate Java.
How did you fix it? I tried allocating all the memory i could to MC but nothing. What did you do?
Man, That moment when you find the wool area after circling the maze of bookshelves. 10 second later, you find yourself falling for a trap and loosing everything to lava.

You fell for that? I thought that the pressure plate was extremely easy to spot.
When will you start your Inferno mines dev com?
You may have said it already but because i have been away from the CTM community for so long, i am not realy up to date in...anything

He will start it when he finishes Uncharted Territory 2, and he's just missing a few wools as of now.
So with all the random loot in IM, I realize it may be used for a "variation" on a map: The twist would be that you could only use random loot from the chests and Monster drops to survive and complete the map, and the only thing you could craft would be the metal monument blocks. I think that rule would need some exceptions for other things depending on the map, and I think things like enchanting could be permitted if the items used are random loot. Or maybe limiting crafting to the four-block grid only, so people could still make torches and stuff. What would be best in the case of Inferno Mines?
I rarely get the white wool without losing all my stuff. Yeah, skeletons (but also creepers) How'd you guess?
I never saw anything wrong with Spellbound Caves dungeons, they always seemed pretty intuitive to me. I suppose with all the mob buffs there's no such thing as an easy CTM map anymore.
You can go to a skylight and place a cauldron ontop of the world, then wait for rain, that way you can make potions, but that is kind of pointless as there are mobs dropping stacked water bottles.
One of the rules is "stay within the map boundaries". Going up to a skylight is not staying within the map boundaries.

Spellbound caves was OK for me (though the rumbling caverns gave me some trouble) I would suggest that
Hey! I like, run this... or something:

A Skeleton shot me into the pressure plate.

Oh. More reasons to hate them.

They caused 90% of my deaths in this map
Here's an update on what I gotten. Only got 2 pieces of wool.
