New to the topic here, though been playin Super Hostile maps for a while. I need a bit of help... Is there a rail kit anywhere close to Intersection 2 in Kazio Caverns? Any help appreciated!
It's not for that, its for villagers: the only open place in the map for a village is the spawn. It must be open to the sky.
Id rather not be running back and forth all the time.

So you have nothing to say about the less-than-stellar aesthetics, horrendous difficulty curve, complete lack of any satisfactory lore past I3, Flame Warp basically being Planar Warp dumbed down with Sandstone, and Lush Ruins being no fun at all to do any other way than bridging over?
There ain't much left of the world these days. The gods have forsaken us, there's no denying that. But still you press on. For what? A chance to sift through the ashes one last time? The hope to one day be called a hero? Whatever your reason, you've got a lot of work to do. The corruption won't leave without a fight, so you better get started.
The problem with that is that I would never like it.
Yes, I could make a map, but what is that going to accomplish (for me)? I wouldn't like making maps. I had enough troubles with Pantheon and continually testing it, and I barely made anything for the map, but I at least thought of it and how it was going to be executed. I have the ideas, and everyone HAS ideas, but I can't put them into action. There's people out there like Draco_Rogue who can do amazing terraforming and great building, he can put ideas into action (very well, as seen by his second map that I'm testing). It's better to leave mapmaking to the people who can use tools to the fullest potential, still keep up with every feature, and manage to finish making it.
I think he's somehow saying that because the maps are hostile we can be dicks to eachother.

Okay, I'm not Hybran, but this argument really ****es me off. Why does someone need to be a good mapper to give harsh criticism? That's absurd. When I trash talk a movie for being stupid, no one tells me "shut up i'd like to see you do better". Being good at mapping is not somehow required to criticize it.
Edit:
Haon, did you even play that area? If you did, you would have noticed that there are literary cluster****s of hundreds of spawners, converted mineshafts, and tons of random loot chest. Please, go play the map and actually try to conquer a fortress in there with no cheese tactics, much less the wool fortress. Please.
Yep, because you lack the basic reading skills that are needed to read the first post.

Not everyone has to hate the map like you do~
Special thanks to Axl Rosie for the sig.
Hybran is the incarnation of snarky unhelpfulness. Deal with it.
Veni, vidi, cecidi
(I came, I saw, I tripped)
Yes they do, it's a bad map.
I'd like to see you do better.
(srsly, you're evil. make a map.)

Super hostile
wut?
Oh, ya, it looks like I'm new to the Super Hostile thread.
Hybrans a good guy

Ohhh, okay.
Also, I think I agree with Hybran (and most people) about Lush Ruins.
It shoulda been called "Vechs' Disgrace".
Furries are cool.
