I was saying someone like kevstar doesn't deserve getting a long, awesome rant for him - feeding the troll is only going to make it happier.

On the contrary, I wouldn't say wright's rant fed him. If nothing else, it gave us something thought-provoking to read.
And about the upvotes, you stated it wasn't worth the time for him to respond. While the time he spent probably won't impact Kev's behavior (assuming he's still around and not banned), the way he wrote it was good enough that it warranted 11 upvotes from us, meaning he didn't waste his time. Conversation over. :3
While 11 people saying something does back it up, Watertipper's point was very much correct.

There ain't much left of the world these days. The gods have forsaken us, there's no denying that. But still you press on. For what? A chance to sift through the ashes one last time? The hope to one day be called a hero? Whatever your reason, you've got a lot of work to do. The corruption won't leave without a fight, so you better get started.
Any good map suggestions?
No NR, SoFII, Legendary, SI, SC, or WU, since I've already played them or watched videos on them.
It doesn't have to be Vechs, but I'd prefer it'd be.
Vinyl Fantasy 2. A difficult yet rewarding experience. If that was too easy, Vinyl Fantasy 1 is a bit more difficult but still not impossible.

Hey CTMers, I need some ideas. What are some good alternatives to wool for a VM? I know 3_2 has the corner on the music discs, but what are some other good blocks?
Something Amehtta did that was pretty sick in her map was she essentially used wool blocks, but she named them, making a rule where you had to place the named blocks on the victory monument.
In theory you could do this with any kind of block, not restricting yourself to a special kind of block.
That's three mass invasions within the same bloody month! I mean, seriously! The UDTU is attacking now, Blue has a sleeper attack coming soon, and now an invasion by space pirates? What is this, Russia if every american-made FPS happened at once?! - MagicallyDwarven

are both systems I've fully worked out and plan to use in one of the maps in my series (each in a seperate map). I call them Slay the Monument and Grow the Monument, respectively.

I really enjoyed From Ashes. The main flaw is the excessive amount of silverfish, said spawners being hidden almost too well, and said silverfish having resistance that doesn't one hit with a sharpness 5 diamond sword. God those were annoying. Infernal Sky 2 is also really good. I played Krose's first map, and even though the last 2 wools aren't in, it was still quite fun and challenging (Watch out for Ruinous Rift, the start at the very beginning, Devil's Lighthouse, and The Cave of No Return).

It's alright, it gives me a chance to practice my writing :3.
Try doing Xek's Advent series. They're really well done, and can easily keep you busy for a while, especially some of the more difficult ones.
You didn't mention Kaizo Caverns. DO KAIZO NOW. IT'S MEGABAWS.
SH maps beaten: Sea of Flame II, Infernal Sky II, Kaizo Caverns, Nightmare Realm, Sunburn Islands, Spellbound Caves, Waking Up and counting....
After Kaizo, Blight Castle is a good CTM map. I would also recommend Infernal Sky II. Starts out tough, but it's not too bad.

First page get.
Evar...
That method is still experimental, though
Initially this, however, karrott @#%$ing just lays two of my plans out bare, so here's some spoilers for ya'll.

Because, almost beta stage.
And after that, a 4 month old flowchart for an unnamed map concept!
Because, SoonTM

Maybe different blocks throughout?
For that matter, I'm not sure if I should have you fall down the chasm or just be able to look up into it.
