Sorry for being quiet. PC issues and some other stuff.
I have slightly changed my plans for a beta release.
I'm going to split the mod into a few different "modules". Each of these will contain a different aspect of the mod, such as Webs in one and spiders in another.
This will allow me to release features for testing without worrying about leaving in unfinished/buggy features.
Remember the aim of a beta is NOT to play the mod, but to test it. Separating into modules will allow for in-depth bug testing.
Modules will be released when they are done, the earliest MAY be next week.

So is it going to work like the flans mod?
(install the 'main' mod, get a folder to put the modules in. no content in the 'main' mod itself)

Probably not, it's just going to be like this:
- I release a beta version with limited features (A Module)
- People find bugs
- Bugs are fixed
- I add new things into the beta (Another Module)
- Repeat

Module is just a fancy word
Oh, so basically, the mod gets one feature at a time, so bugfixes and updates are easier

Will you few just chill? Let him work. He's already gone out of his way to tell us when the first playable version will be released AND what will be in it.
We don't need to bombard him with unnecessary questions like the file format or rephrasing his words for him.

well i was just asking and its not a question he needs to answer... iots just if he has the time.
It's been a while since I checked up on this mod. I assume it's going well?
well if you havn't read the other posts then here is what is happening. Lemonzz says that he will be releasing the mod in peices, one at a time so it can be bug/glitch tested.
well after the mod is released this forum thread is going to be booming with posts... until then this forum is going to be a ghost town.

I haven't tested it but I don't see why it would be incompatible.
Probably .rar, possible .jar.
