So the mobs the Erebus mod adds will be web-wrappable just like any other mob, without any additional coding at all?

Spider swag:
Can you add humans that either scream and run away from you and your minions or come up to you personally and whack you with a newspaper? They could drop newspaper, in which you can read junk ( a file for news like the deprecated TV mod?)
Maybe add some webs you can hang between stuff, which does the same thing as the old webs? You and your spiders can get through, so it's like Warded doors all over again...
More spiders? There are millions of species of spiders, so you can do black widow queens or jumping spider queens. The notable ones can have their own abilities!
Bee builds:
Bee queens can fly (Doh!)?
Workers can actually collect honey from flowers?
After you defeat a queen the bees will stop guarding their hive?
Taming and making workers work for you?
There are 2 kinds of bees, one carnivorous and one living off honey. Maybe a condition where if you lack your honey/meat of the day you will starve rapidly?
Bears to steal honey from everything?
Humans mentioned above keeping beehives in homes throughout the world?
Termite teamwork:
Found in termite hills over plains?
Make mushrooms (which can be hard to farm without mycelium or hostile caves)
Workers which do not go out very often and soldiers who kill you if you get too close.
Infest wood nearby? (Forest destroyer...)
Drops termites, which can be eaten to refill like, 3 nourishment?
Keeping termite hills, and humans who again kick them down?
Anticipated ants:

We dont really need testers right now. Not even the staff has the mod yet (the only one would be Lemon, our wonderful hard working coder.) I'm not sure, but I think when it does come out, we will start fixing bugs and let a general audience (everyone) use it and find bugs.

By the way, if playing LAN or multiplayer (if that gets added for the mod) will seperate players all be able to be different queens, so if i was to play lan with my identical twin would i be able to be a spider queen and him be something like a bee queen?
That'd be cool.
Imagine a server where everyone's a different queen.
Would put a whole new meaning to faction pvp and wars.
Spider armies laying siege to giant termite towns, ants raiding bee cities.
You could team up with different queens so you could get the benefits of both queens(speaking of which, won't it be cool if in multiplayer, you could give/sell eggs other players? That way, you can give your friend who's a spider queen some bees to attack from the sky, and they can give you spiders to cocoon your enemies), and join forces to make a massive army.
think of it,
you built a giant city on the server, protected by Giant walls 30 blocks tall and armed with the latest defenses. But now a giant insect army attacks, spiders scale walls, bees fly overhead, swooping down to pick off soldiers and hurl them down to their doom. ants and termites salvage your walls, digging huge holes in your walls. And you know, your city is lost... forever.
So... writing this gave me tons of ideas for this mod.
1. a command to change queen types (so on a server, you can use command blocks or something so people can choose what queen they want to be[or, you can just get a gui when you start a new world/server i guess])
2. Workers/minions/babies/whatever you wanna call them listen to the Queen that "hatched" them, so if you get eggs of another queen, no matter how you got them, the workers born from that egg will take orders from you
3. bees can grab an mob and carry it short distances.
4. you can play as "human"
5. all golems are naturally hostile against queens.
that would be really fun, because also even if the ants couldn't dig through the wall perhaps they could either squeeze under or dig a tunnel through, another great thing would be the ability to THROW the spider bait, so you could throw it into some else's fort then the minions would use their AI to get in using their own abilities,
You know, I don't like the idea of spider bait. I'd rather there be a gui for commanding your babies/minions.
And each queen could have different commands and things like group commanding
Ex: spiders can't give specific commands and some commands will not be followed when it leads to the mob getting damaged(for example, if you command a spider to weave a web, and it gets attacked during weaving, spiders won't continue to weave, it will fight the attacker, and the order will be canceled) also can only give orders to one at a time (unless its a simple order like follow or attack)
ants can follow specific commands, and when stopped during a job, will take care of the disturbance and continue working. Also can be commanded as a group.
Also i think you should be able to give jobs. workers with jobs will continue doing their job till you make them stop.
Ex: a worker with the command 'harvest' will harvest crops than not work, but workers with the job 'farm' will harvest, replant, water, etc till you give them a different job
Okay I read through it all pewh.... and first I want to thank all the guys working on this, you guys are amazing!
Now I know that you already had a lot of suggestions, but it's always good to get some more. (More to choose from)
Now remember, these are only suggestions!
1. Spider Queen
The strongest of the queens (ofc only at the moment) she have a harder time making babies, as she needs to kill people (or make them host?) Of course spiders are also the only ones to walk on cobweb, where others would fall through or get stuck.
2. Bee Queen
Now bees are also very strong, not as strong as spiders though. But bees fly, which makes them a terrible enemy. The Queen lay eggs, but only in sacks with some nectar or something the egg can feed off (it's like that in the real world too, they make small chambers for the eggs with food in each chamber) and the baby will grow out of that chamber and become what profession you choose for it.
Like the spider queen would have some kind of ability to make string, so too should bees, just with eggs instead, and combining one egg, royal jelly would either fill out a hole like water fills out cauldron, or simly makes 1 block, you may add some wax to the recipe then and you have an egg or chamber. which would later turn into a worker etc.
Bees will also be the only species that would be able to produce honey, wax, pollen etc.
3. Ant Queen
Ant Queens are properbly the weakest queen right before termite.
But an ant queen should also have the ability to produce eggs as a skill, also Ant queens doesn't need to feed the eggs but can if near starvation eat some of her eggs to stay alive. (She does that the first few days)
The Ant Queen would also not need to equip a mining axe, as she has a "build in" mining tool in her jaws.
Like spiders storage food in the way that they web it, and bees through honney, ants storage food in chambers, and thay eat almost everything from meat to plants (but they mostly go for anything that's close to sugar, honey etc.)
4. Termite Queen Or King.
Termite Queen is weak, slow but lays more eggs, and is protected by the King which is the strongest termite in the colony.
Termites eat tree, they are a lot like ants, but they don't have that much variety in food, their workers can though make a block that is almost unbreakable, almost like obsidian/bedrock, they can't make much of it and usually only makes it to seal off the queen when being invaded. greater production of babies, and a strong king and unbreakable wall, but some termites also maintain a garden of a special fungi.
Now some other things I wanted to add is that I don't think that any of these queens or kings should start with workers beside the bees (As bee queens almost always leaves the nest with a few workers by her side)
And I don't think that the diffrent queens should be able to trade eggs either, that would make the game a lot easier and take away the tactical advantages that the diffrent queens have. (Also you would much easier break alliances, since you got all the units in the game, and ants in a bee hive? or bees working in a termite colony also sounds a little silly, but also they don't usually eat the same thing either, so the ants or bees would starve. Beside it's only usually ants who steals eggs from each other.)

dude theses are pretty awesome idea's one thing you might of forgoten or known but it might not be usfull in the mod.ants and termites are continuessly at war with eachother its the ants who attack the the termites who defend. There are worker termites (completely defeneless in battle they just try to mix saliva and dirt to make a stong wall to patch up entrances) and there are soldier termights who have great attack and defence but there're a little slow because of there size. also they make great pillers some have been recorded to be 3/4 as tall as a full grown man these massive towers are strongholds to portect the queen the queen is a massive slugish creature with great eggs making abilities they produce eggs really fast at a high rate (there are many other termites but these are the main ones)
TERMITES:So my idea to add to this is the as soon as you (the termite queen) will start making eggs fast and most eggs with hatch into workers and some (not as much) will be strong soldiers to portect you (the queen). and as soon as the worker ants hatch they pinpoint th location were the first worker hatches as the strongholds center and he and his brothers start build massive walls tunnels and entry ways into the fort. they will build a massive tower (the more workers the bigger the fort)make up of dirt and saliva to make a almost unbreakable walls to defend against the invanders of the ant kind. after a few days ants will spawn and build there anthill and seige the termite hill (this is were the soldiers come in) the soldiers will do what ever it takes to portect the queen and sacrifies there life to portect her. meanwhile termite workers are trying to seal entrances and holes if you have won this fight then the owrkers will rebuild what the ants have destroyed and a few nights later the seige will continue (i give it this much time because of course you need to mine and gather resourses like regular minecraft). if you destroy there home it will be filled with chests with loot in it, once there all killed the ants will no longer raid untill a new anthill rises.
ANTS: Your ants are simaler to the termites there are regular ants that act as workers and warriors at the same time and there are rare eggs you produce that are the defender ants they can't work like workers but they have much higher health and attack power there point is to defend the colony when its traveling. the ants main enemy is the termites they attack the termites almost impenatrable fortress. ants can't break any blocks of the termites other than a special ant even rarer then the defender ant. there very weak with no attack power but they can break holes into there defences and the intire colony can go through that hole and invade. but beware of workers when it comes to smaller holes like these the workers can esaily patch this up. when you kill there queen chests apear around the mount and there is tons of loot in the hill when its queen is defeated and there is a ton of loot in the base but its a terrible loss of ants if you fail. the reason why there is a lot of loot is because there base is very hard to break into and there defences are so very strong.
hope all this is added, even if it isn't in the game when the mod is released it could be in a future update well hope you injoy.

I think you should be able to trade/steal eggs. Also I don't think it make alliances break easily, because, would YOU give someone eggs unless you where really, really good friends and you where 100% certain he won't betray you?(I won't anyways).
Plus, I think different insects not eating the same thing is what balances out the entire egg trade/steal thing. It means you'll need a way to find food for your other mobs as well, or the'll starve. so If you have bees, you'll need workers as well, or constantly raid hives for honey.
And i think an age factor could work well. All workers will die of old age sooner or later, so even if you where a ant queen and had, say, bees, they'll die on old age after some time, so you'll have to get new ones.
Also, as said, lots of the mobs won't live in the same areas. so why not make it so you'll need to make an area for hem to live before you get them? To clarify, to have bees, you'll need a hive(or something like it) and to have spiders, you'll need a web, or the'll die/not hatch/not follow you
