No, this mod was just for editing player models. If you're looking for something to make mob models, check out Techne.

I have made a updated version of this mod for Minecraft 1.7 with complete SMP compatibilty (no need to have the other player's model) you can get it at http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2267536-172-voxel-player-models-beta-a-continuation-of-binarywolfs-custom-player-models-for-15/
