This means you installed the mod incorrectly. You most likely unzipped the EnhancedVisualsMod.zip to the wrong place. Make sure you read the instructions before posting a simple crash log.
Note my installation instructions. If the slow-mo didn't work, then you didn't install the base file. That would be the file you have to replace in the minecraft.jar.
Can you tell me what mods you have installed, or why the screen did that? And what do you mean by "white only"?

Whatever is drawing the extra bars at the bottom left and right of your screen is causing the incompatibility. The GL code I use to draw the splats is not complete, hence the reason this mod is a WIP still.

I'm not really sure what is causing it for you. I'm still developing the GL code to render splats that won't be incompatible, so that's why it's still a WIP mod.
This is great! However, it seems to be incompatible (at least for me) with flans mod. The blood and stuff looks all derpy when I use it with flans mod.
And everything works perfectly. (Installed with MagicLauncher and Forge)
If your Problem is that you are "in your own head", then it's a conflict with Improved First Person, I had that too and I don't know how to fix.
On the contrary, i think that it may be flans mod that is doing it. I had nothing but this mod, then when I added flans mod, I got the same results. I also tried installing things in reverse order. Nothing I thought of worked.

I've seen only seen one other mod that even comes close to this, and it didn't have splats that show up.
