This sounds like it could possibly be a vanilla bug but I will mention it to soaryn and see what we can come up with.
Unfortunately, this is a forge bug and so we have no control over it. Its only happening to certain people, so I don't know what to tell you really.
So it's just my luck that it happens to me and everyone who plays on my server?
You guys should at least note this somewhere so that people know and don't keep reporting it.

Lie, dude. Just find, where code is trying to make already tessellating tessellator tessellate, and add
if(!tessellator.isTesselating)
{
tessellator.startDrawing(GL11.GL_<quads, or something.>);
//blah blah, code..... etc.
}
Or something more complex, like use your own instance of tessellator for all XyThingsAndStuff.
Just shut up, and don't try to show your noobness. Big block, little block, same thing. Problems will start with real models.
First of all, I am infact not the coder behind XyCraft, simply the PR man, and I would appreciate it if you didn't go around declaring "lies" around here. I talked to Soaryn and he confirmed that this will infact NOT fix the problem. Also, by checking this everytime it wants to tesselate, with all the blocks in the world, it would cause a lot of lag, which isn't a good solution. This bug has been reported when only forge is installed.

Not really possible right now, but with some possible rendering changes possibly coming to Minecraft in 1.5, it MAY be possible, but don't look forward to it.
This has never happened to me or anyone i know with anything installed other than xycraft. Xycraft is causing it and if it was true that forge was causing it, then it would have been fixed by now.
Anyway, your just forcing everyone who wants to use xycraft to either deal with crashing constantly or not using xycraft.
At the moment, no addons are allowed. Wait until the tech tree is more fleshed out.
There are infact far more reports of it working perfectly fine than those getting the crash. I'm sorry if this is troublesome to you.
ANYWAY just posting this here in case Soaryn would like to know. (Its an easy fix if you just change the ids from 1000's to 2000's)
Forestry unfortunately takes several different ranges that seem rather odd. In choosing block ids I kept finding conflicts so I set my defaults to the FTB config range I was provided with. That said Im hoping that you understand that neither mod is at fault here. Also it isnt an "easy fix" as enough people have the mod it would really screw them up in the upcoming update... plus FTB would have a harder time, something I would like to avoid
Hope you understand. The next update will be wonderful for config fixing as it will provide a list of blocks / items that conflict in a txt file.
Grats on a very amazing mod, I see tons of promise for this mod in Minecraft.
