I'm trying my best. This week I'll try and get it done. However, I have other programming to do for my classes as well as other projects and studies. But when the forge version is out, it will be glorious.
take your time man, your mod is a complicated one, but a very fun one, so take your time, and when it becomes forge, I'll spotlight it, what about it?

The twilight warrior.

This mod is not yet compatible with forge unfortunately. If you really want to run the mod you either need to get modloader or wait a little while until the forge version of this mod is out.
This is most definitely the best herobrine mod I've seen.
I've tried it out and there were some bugs i noticed:
The x key triggers whilst typing into chat
Ghost entities. Whenever he spawns spiders there is one real one and one ghost one that doesn't move and can't be interacted with and when you defeat Herobrine, he sometimes drops blocks and xp that can't be picked up.
Signs that Herobrine places sometimes dissapear when they receive a block update.
I followed the install instructions from the op but also for the lolz (Edit: and i saw it had no base edits. ) reinstalled it but instead of putting the classes into minecraft.jar i put the entire zip in the mods folder and it appears to be ok. Everything is there, Herobrine is running around as usual and minecraft hasn't shown any inclination to eat eat my face. So it would be good if you confirmed that it works and thought about installing it that way.
Overall It's a great mod I'm definitely going to use it.

That's interesting, none of my mod files seem to be involved. This could be a modloader problem exclusively. Try asking about the problem on the modloader forum page.

The x trigger bug is a new one. It should be an easy fix. Thanks for pointing that out.
Also, you may have single-handedly proven how much of a minecraft modding noob I am. I honestly have never tried installing the mod just by putting the zip file into the mods folder. However, I was intending to use that feature once the mod is converted to forge.
also, when will you make this compatible with forge?
As soon as I get the time. More progress will be made in the upcoming week. This week was especially busy, so I had to put the forge update on the back-burner.
I'm not active on these forums, so forgive me if I don't respond!

Uh, why don't you wait for 1.5 to come out, then update it to forge, it would be easier and it also get a lot more problems out in the way, since modloader WILL take some time to update, but forge(what, 3 hours?)

Well most of the progress made on forge before 1.5 comes out would probably translate into progress into the 1.5 version. Then when 1.5 comes out it I'll make some tweaks as necessary. Of course, that's assuming that progress isn't so slow that the forge version is delayed until after 1.5 anyway.
Also, those of you having problems with crashing, that is my fault. I will come out with a non-crashing version tomorrow.
So your still working on this right? I hope you update this for forge compatibility.
[ this looks like butter --> ]oh also, can you please do the forge update for your mod now? because i do not really like the idea of delaying the update until 1.5 .
(i did not get what you were saying on your last comment..)

No worries, I'm trying to get the forge update out as soon as possible still. I was just commenting on the fact that it's taking long to do, so it could possibly take until the 1.5 update, worst case scenario.
People who want to get rid of random crashing:Re-download the mod, I've updated it to be more stable.
in the herobrine crreypy pasta he dosent have body parts thet move, he just floats towards you...
it would be awsome if you added that (englis is not my first language)
That's the effect I was trying to achieve, but unfortunately the mod isn't close to being perfected yet. In time, perhaps I'll throw out the default Minecraft AI altogether in Herobrine's programming, so that I can make a more floaty and creepy Herobrine.
