For some reason, whenever herobrine is close to me, or there is a spider minion close to me, the game freezes. What could be the problem? should i delete META-INF?

Well, if META-INF was still there, you wouldn't be able to run the mod at all. Strangely, I haven't really run into that issue before. Are you seeing motionless carcasses of spider minions standing around before it crashes? Could you copy and paste your error report so I could look into it?

Make sure you have the correct version. If you have the right version, the zip file should be called HerobrineMod_v03. If it's not that version, try downloading it again. If you do have the correct version, please copy and paste your error report.

I GOT HER GOOD XD had her glued to the seat with unbeliving eyes. i made her belive in herobrine and than reviled it with the herobrine dummy when his faced poped up with the sound turned up all the way.... she screamed XD XD XD i got a hard punch in the arm but it was worth it LOLOLOL again nice job with the mod I LOVE IT but theres a glitch when you kill (well you cant kill him) herobrine you cant pick up his items and i havnt seen him when in mines,
and also ive never been sent to the neather, and ive come across some bugged white eyed spiders. they dont move and you can walk through them. i find this only happens when herobrine disapears.
yes i used the herobane and ive noticed you only see him on the surface, not in mines.
It would be easy to make him appear a bit more often in caves. Maybe I could do something along the lines of making it more probable for him to show up the deeper you are. Also, I've taken a look at quite a few bugs that I've overlooked in the last release, including the one you mentioned. There is much work to be done, but I'm going to work on it when I have time.
Is adding multiplayer support possible? If you added a multiplayer version, this mod would gain a lot of popularity for being the first multiplayer Herobrine mod.

I agree, making it multiplayer compatible would make the mod infinitely entertaining. Once this mod becomes "complete" i.e. not a WIP anymore, multiplayer will be my number one priority. Gotta start making some progress... I'll probably get a big chunk done this weekend.

I have seen error reports painfully similar to this... Namely, the "NetClientHandler" part of it. I think that the problem most likely has something to do with ModLoader and ModLoader MP. When I was trying to get my entities to work for 1.3.1, I found that there was actually a conflict produced within ModLoader; the method for finding available entity ID's was essentially broken. So, I'm thinking that the addition of ModLoader MP is doing something like that when your client sees my entities... but for some reason only when you're on a LAN connection.
Since it has at least something to do with custom entities, have you tried making a LAN game with any other mods with custom entities, like Mo' Creatures?
No, we only had your Herobrine mod, Modloader, ModloaderMp TooManyItems, treecapitator and Rei's Minimap. Should we try Mo' Creatures and look what happens?
Actually, looks like Mo' Creatures didn't even update to 1.3.2... I'll just do some testing of my own to see if I can't see what's going on.
I can safely say that the 1.2.5 version is most definitely not compatible with 1.3.1 minecraft.
Btw, since Minecraft 1.3.2 is already out, there will not be a 1.3.1 Herobrine mod (obviously). Modloader 1.3.2 is out, so the update is in progress!

That's interesting, did you attack Herobrine with the Herobane when you saw this happen?

Yeah, the more documentation the better. I'm not sure how mods work across LAN connections. Did your friend have the mod too?
