Since I was called out I had to drop into the thread and give kudos where they belong.. great job Avi. I am having a ton of fun driving my teams of horses across the plains, I can't describe what a thrill I got when I found this mod. Love the carts wagons and vardos, have not seen any of the glitchiness others have reported, my game crashed once after installing.. an easily resolved id conflict, so no fault of yours there.
I also know that Mo'creatures updated the horses, and I am successfully running both mods together, and loving it. Your team working horses are awesome, incredible and unique from the mods I have seen for minecraft. I use quite a few mods, all with the attempt of bringing a "back on the farm" feel to my minecraft, the carts and horse teams of your mod just made my week.

The sower and reaper sound like awesome ideas, I can't wait to see the implementation.. if I might add a suggestion here.. how about simply a plow? Pulled by a team turns grass into farmland. I can definately see hooking up the team to plow.. then hooking up the sower for planting, and finally hooking up the reaper when all is ready.
Folks ideas of including what is stored in a cart or wagon as part of the display sounds incredible, but also like a daunting task, I wish you the best of luck there. If I could make a simple suggestion for a "cheat" if people want pretty looking parked carts.. reduce the hitbox of the cart to only 1 block high.. even though the sides of the cart are visually higher than that. See, working with Xie's mod, I have "bales of hay" as custom blocks, and I simply made those blocks walkthroughable (collision free like tall grass) and got a fairly nifty display by placing the block "hovering" in the air (place two blocks, remove bottom block) and then parking the cart underneath it. XD
This doesn't work with the vanilla blocks as the cart will collide with the hovering block and fail to render the esthetics hoped for XD
So I thought if the collision box of the cart and the wagon were shorter.. then you could do precisely what I did with just about any block you wanted to
All in all, terrific job Avi, I'm definately following your mod as it progresses along. You are doing terrific, it is an incredible mod already, don't let the folks who cant follow instructions get you down.
And Mushroomsock, I b'leev you mean Mine & Blade, yesno? If so, yeah, I totally understand the frustration there, though I'm glad that mod's back in development. Dealing with users who can't find the time to read is extremely draining, and don't get me started on the ones who PM about these kinds of problems X.x. Answering is a waste of time that could be spent coding!
Yes you got that one right! It hasn't started being developed again yet though. Your mod with that mod was the best mod combination I've ever had!I haven't worked out how to pm yet being quite new on these forums.

you can find horses in plains, orrrr if you cant find any i suggest crafting a spawn lasso (the pink one) to spawn a wild herd. And Welcome to the forums

and i have one more problem when i put saddle on horse how to ride horse what to click? )))
You have to hold down sneak and then right click.I'm having a problem with breaking the horses with food. My game crashes constantly on the one that turns them into a tame horses. So I can feed them like 7 cakes, but the 8th makes my game go to "Saving Chunks" and then a crash report flashes across the screen as I close it. This only happens when I feed them to break them.
Ah.. my first crash.. I wasn't playing with the horses at the time.. they were in a field nearby though..
