Modloader maybe? I just tried to use this without Modloader, and MC worked fine but no modded content. I'll edit this once I try it with ModLoader installed.
Edit: Apparently Bionicle and Modloader don't like each other very much. (This means MC crashed when they were in my .jar at the same time.)
nilmrots as a suggestion in 1.4 they are going to beading beacons which will give the playe a certain enhancement for a short period of time
maby you could intergrate this into your mod by making it so if it is placed on maby a cuom block called suva which will look like the stone the suvas are made of in the storyline it will act like a suva by recharging your health and hunger and repair all damage done to your mask and toa weapon but will only work if there are matoran nearby and maby the matoran wll go towards these if they are in a certain range and build koros around them i know it sounds complicated but theoreticaly it should be possible
and in the sky where the light is the Unity, Duty, and Destiny symbol

Tried to use this mod, but it crashed. I think it's conflicting with another mod.

EDIT: I seem to be getting lots of crash reports from people.
I shall look into this.

I have actually updated to 1.3.2 this time.
This means hopefully no more crashes.
No new features in preparation for the big rework.
Anyway, redownload now and it should work.
