I think you should be able to place any armor items on a rope. With my texture packs it looks like I'm hanging up my clothes. (Sorry if this was already requested, didn't have to look through all the pages)

Yea, it really is a shame. Right now I have everything half-working because I took out the ID resolver and manually set my block IDs up, but it's a total mess and I can't really put anything new in.
Can you please make this compatible with ID resolver cause this would be awesome in the aether
i think it works in aether i mean i have both installed just havent tried it yet but you dont need id resolver just change id's in zipline.txt in mods folder.
only bad things come from doing things the easy way, by using id resolver you no longer have controll. i'd rather keep every id in my controll not some mod.
also again here is my leather texture (looks awesome imo)
Cool mod. Replacing ropes with bridges is a little dangerous as the player can fall through bridge while stuff is redistributing, but I don't know if that can be helped.

well, this is an amazing mod, and it works brilliantly with the aether mod, but I have the back pack mod installed, when I try to shoot the arrow, it disappears as it should, you can't shoot an arrow without the quiver, but, I can't load the rope arrow into the quiver, please fix!

You have to keep crafting the rope arrow with more rope.
I had to look around the thread a little to find the answer, as the video doesn't show it being crafted and the link at the bottom of the OP doesn't seem to lead to the right post.
But I'm having problems with it conflicting with MC Extended and ID Resolver (and apparently others have too).
When I first changed the IDs with ID Resolver, the rope made by the rope-arrow turned into fully grown crops.... weird.
Really great mod! it word well as an easy way of getting round my world.
I also found a way to use the rope bridge as a down elevator, not sure if anyone mentioned that yet, i didnt have time to look through all 50 pages... Anyway i love the mod great work it fits into minecraft well.
There is something wrong with it though i installed it and it turns the side of the grass grey also this has happened a few times with mods with you know how to fix could you please help me?
Doubt it helps, but you aren't alone. I've been having the same issue getting this mod to work with MC Extended, with the same Null Pointer Exception Error.
