Your scala-library.jar is added in when the install.cmd is run. Start with a new folder and a fresh start and install it again and make sure it all downloads. The scala-library is a big file and if not all of it downloads then it will corrupt and will not exist causing major recompile issues.

It isn't a bug, it because your internet connection is too slow and it times out or your internet connection isn't stable and cuts off in the middle of the download of that jar file.

Yes I did post on the correct thread. Maybe you should take notice to the "DOWNLOADING" in the cmd screen and notice it also says "CANNOT RETRIEVE" which is why you get "ERRORS".

Okay, I see what you mean, I get the error without using modloader. I'm just using MCP and some small mods of mine, no modloader, forge, or any other 3rd party things like that other than the coderpack.
I didn't notice OP was talking about using modloader, woops. :|
Is this solved if it is please mark as [SOLVED] I say this because it looks like you found the answer.
It looks like OP is still confused, "Anyways, I'm still confused about this." and I still have no idea what's wrong with my problem. I'm in the same situation as OP except I'm not using modloader.
Edit
I decompiled a new src folder, copied my edited files into it, recompiled, and it works. I guess when I decompiled the first time something messed up. OP, maybe this will help you.

My internet is very fast, there is no reason it would cut off only for MCP.

Your internet can be fast but not stable, I recommend starting with an empty folder and trying again because Xinwx followed my advice. Everything should work properly if your path is set up correctly but the bat is running so this shouldn't be your problem, then if the download doesn't corrupt then the files should run correctly. Your files I can guarantee you were interrupted in some way.

I didn't follow your advice, I just decompiled the source code again. There is no "download" with just MCP. I don't use Modloader or Forge, so yeah.
