After the new update, I've been doing endless research on how to update Minecraft mods to 1.4.2, and honestly, I couldn't find anything. Do I have to create the Java classes all over again? Or is there an easier way? Help me, please.
Hmmm.. Why don't you ask some Other mod creator. Im sure they would be happy to help you. Don't ask me well because, I don't think you want to make epic blocks out of dirt.AKA my Failed mod

Just make a new MCP folder for 1.4.2 and put your 1.3.2 source files in the new 1.4.2 MCP. Depending on what your mod creates, you might get no errors or a bunch, fix those and your updated.

Didn't work apparently; I open up Eclipse and there are no class files whatsoever. Are there certain files I have to replace?

I don't use Eclipse so I don't know how to help you. I manually put the files in the MCP folder and code manually without Eclipse helping. Do it manually without Eclipse and I can help :).
