2. Now minecraft contains to little parts for new system. Pistons can be usable, furnaces also, but not a lot more, so everything have to be invented.
3. All new parts should be as universal as possible, so every one could be used in couple of ways/machines. (Like piston can be set in any direction and is in two variants: sticky and not)
A variety of different operations could be facilitated by equipping a sticky piston with different "teeth" - i.e. the block its directly attached to, amde of different materials, could have different actions.

Exactly what I was planning. Well, except for the sticky piston. The use of pistons will be going away, to be replaced with something a bit more natural.
Just a quick question, could this be used to increase the yield of the ores added by Tinkers Construct? Specifically the Nether Ores?
I don't actually know, I haven't tested. Everything this mod can do at the moment is based on what is registered with the ore dictionary. If they register both a block and a dust form, then potentially.

They don't. Currently the only way to increase their yield AFAIK is to use factorization.
Then currently no. I may add something for it in the future (likely will)
Ha I just found another mod that adds dust forms of them, so I can use that one with yours. (At least I'm assuming they registered them with the almighty oredict. Thanks, I look forward to using this mod.
* Added configurable IC2 support (allows for using grindings in the Ore Washing Plant)
* Added toggle-able output of all ore dictionary registrations (more for debugging than anything)
* Added fr_CA localization
* Added de_DE localization
* Added Block Conveyors
I would highly recommend allowing the vanilla ores to be processed without other mods installed. Industrialization should at least be able to function in vanilla without being dependant on other mods
Well I had an issue where only the conveyor block was showing up in NEI but I figured out it was a conflict with the better storage mod. I don't know why so i just removed my post. Sorry for any confusion. By the way I'm now in need of a new storage mod while I am using your mod so If anybody might know of a good one. Thank you.
This is the mod I'm most excited about right now. With the Minecraft 1.8 release about 2 or 3 months away, do you plan on going straight for Minecraft 1.8 from 1.6 and skipping 1.7?
It seems like the mod is designed to be used with other tech mods. Which tech mods do you feel fit best with Industrialization? Does Industrialization work as a stand-alone mod?

I was wondering the same thing about which mods would work best with this one. as it is now it seems like you would have to place each ore by hand before they get crushed. How would you automate something like this does anyone have any ideas or layout they have come up with?
This mod is very young, but I think you've got a decent idea here, the idea thread is your friend also. I think this has some real potential, its nice to seem something different and original for once. I feel like almost every mod made in the past year has a magic block of some sort or another that grinds ores down and doubles or triples or even quintuple them. Just off the top of my head, IC2, Thermal Expansion, Factorization, RotaryCraft, Applied Energistics, Mekanism, Engineers ToolBox, ehhh im sure there's more, but like i said thats was just off the top of my head...
To actually build something, NOT just a multiblock magic block with another GUI either, is actually pretty new and interesting feeling. Minecraft used to be about BUILDING things, and I, like you am ready to go back to that.
Not that GUIs and some magic blocks don't still have a place in my game or anything, but if you can take this in the direction I hope you do, I think alot of people will really enjoy building something great again. Something, not just a building, something that works and functions just the way you set it up to. I like that you are using some vanilla stuff to accomplish this as well and not just a bunch of mod specific new stuff so it sort of ties into the experience better.
You can build stuff with RailCraft and Redstone in Motion thats pretty cool, but it seems like you have a strict set of new blocks to build with to me, maybe you can change that with this mod...idk...
* Localization support
* Added Block Detector
* Updated textures/recipes
Information for all these changes and how you can help out with localization can be found in the Documentation linked in the main post
